2. Study

Grell's P.O.V

I lazy opened my front door, William following closely behind me. We had arranged to study 4/5 school nights each week. One day we would be at my house, the next day at his.

"Bassy! I'm home!" I called and my large black cat wrapped itself around my legs. I picked him up and hugged him close to my chest.
"William, you're not allergic to cats are you?" He looked anxious.

"Umm- No. Animals don't like me very much though..." he attempted to stroke the cat but Bassy swiped his paw, scratching William's hand.
"Ow!" I laughed at their actions and put down my things and went into the kitchen.
I brought 2 cans of coke and 2 cupcakes out of the kitchen and pulled William into the living room.
"Won't your parents be home soon?" He asked and I gulped.

"N-no. C-Can we just get this done?" I said nervously, not wanting the subject to come up. He nodded his head and started explaining the basics of history.

-time skip cause I don't know shit about history-

After about 3 hours of learning about dead people we decided to order pizza.

"Are you sure your parents won't mind?" William asked.

"They won't mind at all." I said in a dull tone.
"It's not like I will ever see them again..." I mumbled a little louder than anticipated.

"What do you mean? Oh god I'm sorry I didn't know your parents had died!" William said, jumping to conclusions. Although I must say, it was the first time I had ever seen another expression besides boredom on his face.

"Not quite. When I was 8 they abandoned me." I said with a frown.

"Why?" Of course he would ask that! Everyone does!
I sighed and rolled my eyes. I shouldn't have said anything! Every time I do I loose someone!

"Promise you won't freak out?" He nodded his head and I reached up to my face.

I took out the brown contact lenses, showing my creepy green and yellow eyes.

"Everyone says they are unnatural. People hate me when they see them." I muttered and William looked shocked.

William's P.O.V

Shocked wasn't the word for it.

Looking into Grell's eyes was like looking into a mirror.
I chuckled a little before taking out my contacts.

"People say similar to me." You couldn't describe the look on his face.
Happiness?
Anger?
Joy?

Then he did the weirdest thing... he hugged me.

"Umm can we get back to studying?" I said awkwardly, Patting his back.

"Yeah. But first, PIZZA!" Grell shouted and I looked at him confused.

"It hasn't come y-"

Honestly, this guy must have a weird superpower.
