PLEASE I need help finding a book!!

I need help finding a book

I once read this book and I do not remember what happened to it and what it was called.

The book was about a girl who on her way home from work was followed by this boy in his car who offered her to take her home as it was ages away and they fell in love.

Her parents and best friend didn't like this boy and her next door neighbour who I think was her Ex got killed by someone the boy used to be in a gang with.

The boy had a best friend who was quite stupid and also the girl got kidnapped by his old gang.
