This can't be true. It just can't! Why does this have to happen to me? The quarterback of the football team. Captain. The most popular guy in the school. Why? What did I do to deserve this? Nothing! Okay, maybe I broke a few hearts. Maybe a lot of hearts, but that doesn't compare to this!

I look at the doctor in disbelieve. I look to my mom, who looks like she could start crying any minute. But she manages to keep the tears away.

''What can they do about it?'' my mom asks

'"Well, we're gonna operate him and then do chemotherapy. '' the doctor says. Chemo? Doesn't that make you lose your hair? My perfect hair!

''When is the surgery?'' my mom asks

''As soon as possible'' the doctor says. What follows is like a dream. I know what he says, but as soon as we're home, I don't remember a thing. You most think: What's going on?!?! Well, I'll tell you, from the beginning.

I'm Justin, I'm 16 years old and I'm the quarterback of the football team. And the captain. Which makes me the most popular guy in school. Every girl loves me. Every girl wants to date me. Every two weeks I have another girlfriend. So I've broken many hearts. Not my fault that they believe that they can keep me as their boyfriend.

Anyway, like I said, I'm the most popular guy in school. I have to best friends. Liam(Hemsworth) and Niall (Horan). Liam is one year older then Niall and me. Even though they're my best friends, I don't know that much about them. I know they're both from America. I know where they live, I know who their parents are and if they have brothers or sisters and who they are. And I know what they like to do. But we don't talk about our everything like girls do.

Currently my girlfriend is Ariana. She's really nice, just a little annoying sometimes. But she's extremely hot and that makes me forget about the annoying part.

But you still don't know what's going on. Well, I'll tell you. I just heard from the doctor I have stomach cancer. I know, shocking. That's exactly what I thought. My mom decided to go to the doctor when I had a really bad stomach ache and was throwing up a lot. And that's when I heard this.

My surgery is next week. I still have to go to school the rest of the week. And tell my friends. I wonder how they're gonna react.

-Next day-

''Guys...I have to tell you something. And it's not good news'' I start saying to my friends.

They all turn to me

''What's up bro?'' Liam asks.

'''Well, I had to go to the doctors today, because I had a really bad stomach ache and I was throwing up a lot. '' I start

''Ýeah, you told us that. What did the doctor say?'' Niall asks

''Well...he said I have stomach cancer'' I say. And nobody says something. It just stays quite. Which is pretty impressive for a group of teenage boys. But then Liam spoke up

''Wow man....that sucks'' he says. Yeah, it really does.
