Decided to update a little earlier. Hope you enjoy.
----------------------------------

When you opened your eyes on the morning you decided to meet Kise you found that Haru wasn't even up yet. In fact, you actually woke up at the time you were supposed to be. Haru would probably just be waking up as you slid from your covers and into your bathroom to do your morning routine. You had woken up feeling well rested and without the help of your alarm (Haru). Which, with your circumstances, should have been impossible.

You had been up really late agonising over how you would tell him. It's a miracle that you even got any sleep at all. Yet your body felt light and focused. Like you had gotten a full nights rest. Am I that excited? Or could I just be barely holding on? You shrug off your thoughts as you finished getting ready.

You come out to the living room to find Haru watching the news, mostly the weather. He always did this so you guys would be prepared for the coming day. From what you could gather from the nonsense the guy was talking about, it was going to rain later. Better bring my umbrella.

You and Haru grab your umbrellas and head to school. When you were to split off you handed him the keys so he could get in if you ended up getting back later than him. You didn't want him getting sick if you didn't come back in time.

"Be careful buddy," You say with a hug and a playful nudge, "Have fun at practice. I'll be staying late so don't worry."

He nods and turns around, waiting at a stop sign down the street was Kei -- the boy who had spent the night over the weekend. He and Haru were really close. You couldn't quite place what it was but the way they interacted reminded you of something. They wave to each other as they start walking to the train station, leaving for school.

Shortly after you get to school and exchange your shoes you are greeted by Yuno. She gave you some encouraging words when you told her of your plans for later when you went to watch Kise's practice. She was so happy about it you would swear it was like she had placed a bet on you and him getting together at some point. It was like she got a sense of accomplishment from your telling Kise you're feelings. Maybe it's a fangirl thing.

Yuno walked with you and talked in ecstatic tones until she had to go to her class, which was right next to yours, "See you girl! Good luck though I doubt you'll need it!"

You manage a giggle and a smile, waving her off as you go to your class. A few whispers arose as you walked through the door. You could barely pay them any attention. Your mind was preoccupied with other things. You didn't even notice the swarm of people that stood in the door as Kise came in.

He seemed to have noticed your poor mood and smiled like he was trying to reverse it, "Something unpleasant happen I take it?"

He sat in his chair facing you. Your insides caramelized as your face heated up. You were to distracted. You hadn't notice him. That put you at a disadvantage. You weren't prepared to face him. Not yet anyway. Though, on second thought, it was a good thing you knew he was at school and not at a photo shoot.

"Yeah, something did." You vaguely answer, hoping it would deter him.

"Can you tell me?" He asks, leaning closer as if you were telling a secret.

"No, class is starting so turn around." He pouts as he turns around.

"Aw I wanted to know," he sighs, "Did you like the present, at least?"

You bring your hand to the pocket in your skirt where your phone was. You put the phone charm on it when you got home from seeing Akashi last week. It made you giggle every time you saw it. It was nice of him to get you a gift, but now you felt obligated to give him one back. Hence the object in your other pocket. It, as well, is a phone charm. It was another character from [favorite franchise] and is meant to be a set with the one Kise got you. Not that you wanted to match but it only felt right giving him something of equal value.
