     *beep beep beep beep* my alarm went off as I turned it off. I got up and did my streach and got ready to help my mom. Oh my where are my manners hi I am Ruby Elena Santiago I am Latina and I had to learn English so I could go to school and understand. As you may see I am poor, me and my mom got here with nothing it was hard me helping my mom missing alot of schools days to work with my mom to get money. Its also hard when I am in high school my mom promised me she will not need my help with work all year. I didn't belive my mom but I tried to listen to her.

"Ruby baja para que comes para irte a la escuela" my mom said in spanish ("Ruby come down to eat so you can go to school") what her mom was saying

"Ya voy" I told her (I am coming). I went down stairs to see my mom eating eggs and toast. I eat fast so I wouldn't miss the buss I said goodbye to my mom and I was off

       I was walking to the buss stop and saw a black 2016 camaro stopped next to me. The windows were tinted so I couldn't see who it was but I knew who it was. It was Ryder Daniels I wonder why he stopped next to me and didn't said anything. After a minute of me just staring at the car he left making sure he burned tired and was off down the road I saw the buss pass me ass students through papers at me I looked up and I had just missed my buss. I got mad and curssed under my breath.

       I was just in time for school I ran to school and still had five minute to spare. I went to my locker and got out my books when I heard high heels coming my way. I turned around and saw the queen bee of the school Jessica. I rolled my eyes and she spoke

"Don't you dare roll your eyes at me nerd" she said in her high pitch voice almost making ears bleed. I swear I can knock her out but it will expose who I am.

"I can do what I want to who I want when I want I don't need to listen to a fake plastic doll" I said in an angre voice she got a little scared but not enough to make her leave me alone.

"Excuse me" she said taking a step closer to me.

"You are excused" I said this time with more anger and she backed down and left.

"One more thing jessica, if you ever and I mean ever try to walk all over me I will ruin you" I said meaner and with a death glair. She left right way scared and everyone was around me and where Jessica was too. People took videos and some cheered and other just left. I went to my first class and I was the talk of the school.

       All my classes went by fast I sat at the back of the class I may be a nerd but I am not the one that is to smart. I am smart but not as much smart. I was now lunch and all l eyes where on me until I got to my table. I thought about what I said today and how it can change my life. In was inturupted out of my thought when I saw Ryder Daniels in front of me. I looked around and saw everyone's eyes on me and Ryder.

"Yes?" I asked and raised and eyebrow and him and saw his friends behind him.

"Can we sit" he asked with hope in his eyes.

"No you have your own table to sit at" I said annoyed

"Can we please sit we have to talk" he said in desperation

"Fuck off" I said and got up and left.

I walked though the doors of the cafeteria and I was on my way to my locker when I was grabbed by the wrist and pulled into someones hard chest. I looked up and saw Ryder I just rolled my eyes at him. I tried to let loose but he just tight his grip I looked and him and saw his green eyes as his meet mine.

"What do you want ryder?" I said annoyed and frustrated

"I have seen you some where and it is outside of school you are a street dancer arent you?" He said with no expression on his face.

"You are crazy you know that now let me go" I said in a loud voice.

       He let me go and I walked away and I think I heard him say something in the lines of "aye mamacita vas hacer mia" (aye mamacita you are going to be mine.) I ignored it and walked to my next class and thought about what happened with jessica and what happened with Ryder and how he knew I danced and all.
