Boarding House

Elena's POV

   I woke up to Jenna and Jeremy sleeping in chairs beside me with puffy red eyes. Wait a minute, where exactly was I? then I took a good look at where I was for the first time, a hospital. Oh nice, a hospital my favorite place to be. wait, where are my parents? Plus I feel fine so why am I in a hospital? "Elena" Jenna said, making me jump. "Where's mom and dad?" I questioned her. Jenna started to cry but was able to choke out what she was trying to say,"Elena your mom and dad didn't make it, in fact it's a miracle that you did."

   Jeremy woke up to me and Jenna crying and hugging. He immediately hugged us both, he was being strong, but me and Jenna both knew it was just an act, it was written all over his face. We all sat on that small hospital bed and cried for hours until the doctor said I could go home. When we got home, I went upstairs and cried myself to sleep it was a long night for all of us. I heard Jeremy crying in his room, when I got up to use the bathroom. I hated seeing Jenna and him like this, but there was nothing I could do. There was no solution to making their pain go away.

   After a month of crying I was finally able to move on and the first thing I thought about was that stranger, Damon. I decided to do a little digging, and found out his last name was Salvatore,  which made me think of the boarding house. I figured that since I couldn't figure out where he lived I would check there first.

   The next thing I knew, I found myself hopping into my car, heading to the old Salvatore boarding house. As I drove down the street all I could think about was how much I wanted to see Damon again. Then it hit me, what was I going to say to him if he is at the boarding house? It was too late for me to even contemplate what I was going to say to him because I was all ready parked in his driveway.

Damon's POV

   I heard the sound of a car pulling into my driveway. It was that girl Elena, that I just couldn't stop thinking about ever since I met her. Why is she here? I ran downstairs to get a closer look, when she knocked on the door. I opened it without hesitation, "um, hi, I don't know if you remember me or not, but we met on the side of the road and, um, I was wondering if I could talk to you," Elena asked nervously. "Um, sure, of course, come in Elena," How does she remember that?

Elena's POV

   Now what do I say? "You have a beautiful home Damon." Really what was that? Just tell him what you've been thinking since you met him already! "Thanks, but this is actually my Uncle Zach's house." "Oh, well it's still a lovely home." Come on Elena, just spit it out! "So, what did you want to talk about?" Damon asked. "Um, well, you see, I haven't um, been able to, well, stop thinking about you since we met" Smooth Elena, smooth. I wonder what he's thinking right now, I mean, by the look on his face he's really surprised, but other than that, I don't know what he's going to say, he hides his emotions really well.

Damon's POV

   I can't believe it! This girl, the girl that I haven't been able to stop thinking about, hasn't been able to stop thinking about me either.  This is the greatest day of my life! "Oh, really?" I asked her. "Um yah" Elena said nervously. What am I doing? I thought Katherine was my true love, was I wrong this whole time? I don't know what came over me, but the next thing I knew was that I was kissing Elena,  and it gave me goosebumps. But why?

   I pulled away from the kiss, realizing that I loved this girl, and by the look on Elena's face I think she felt the same way. We ended up talking for hours, about little things that weren't important at all, to big, serious things like her parent's death. She eventually had to go home because she didn't want her Aunt Jenna to start to worry. She did however want to see me again, so she invited me to a party on Saturday. I told her I would think about it, although I already know I'm going to go. I wasn't about to pass up an opportunity to see Elena again.

Elena's POV

   I can't believe he kissed me! Then we talked for hours and now he might come to the party on Saturday! I have to tell Caroline and Bonnie, they are going to flip out when I tell them what happened. I just hope they flip out in a good way and don't go all judgmental on me. I know what I'll do, I'll introduce Damon to Caroline and Bonnie at the party.

   how about I give them a call and see if they want to have a girl's night, we haven't had one of those in ages. "Hey Elena, what's up?" "Hey Bonnie, I have big news and I was wondering if you wanted to have a girl's night?" "sure I'll be over in ten, what about Caroline?" "I'm calling her as soon as I get off the phone with you." "Ok see you in a few" "Ok bye" Now I have to call Caroline. "Hey Care you want to have a girl's night with me and Bonnie, I have some major things to tell you." "Ok Elena be there in a few, did you call Bonnie yet?" "Yah she's on her way." "Ok bye." "Bye Care." Girl's night here I come.

I probably won't update today because I'm still mad at TVD for A. killing Delena B. possibly killing Bonnie C. showing that there is going to be a new evil villian then just leave me hanging like that D. the new episode is possibly going to bring stelena back ( BOO! sorry Stelena fans) and they're making me wait 2 weeks until the next episode so I'm kind of distracted right now sorry
