Jared's POV
Chapter 9
"What do you mean, 'The place we guard will be destroyed too!?'"
This was absolutely insane.
First Grace turns into this faerie/guardian, whatever.
Second, Kristin turns into one too! Both of my closest friends are turning into guardians.
"Er, um, well.......you see.....it's along story, I will tell you some other time. Okay? We have to go and rescue Brittany."
Grace looked really nervous, like we were all in danger just talking about this.
"Like I said, their is no way she (Morgana that is) would waste Brittany,(their hostage), by killing her and just fighting us." She said
"Two guardians alone could dry an entire ocean," she looked at Kristin carefully "not like, we want too."
Kristin looked at Grace and frowned, but then laughed and Grace started laughing too.
"Is this some kind of inside joke I don't understand?" I asked
That just made them laugh more.
"No, really."
I said again
I was starting to laugh now, despite myself, something was telling me in the end, it was going to be okay, no matter how hard the journey was.
(okay, so I know that chapter was short, but I will update I MUCH larger one later, I just want to escalate tell they get to journey to find Brittany, SORRY AGAIN GUYS!!
