Chapter 11

***Roxy's POV***

Cloe's been acting a bit differently ever since the incident she trying to act normal but come on I'm her best friend I know when something's up but I think she just needs sometime to get over what happen.. She has work later so I guess it'll just be me here since I've got the day off.

It's about 1 in the afternoon now. And we're in the middle of watching a movie ZombieLand when there's a knock on the door.

"I'll get it! Must be the pizza I ordered!" Cloe gets up and answers the door.

"Oh Hey! I didn't know you were a pizza delivery boy." I hear Cloe say. Who is she talking to? maybe it's a friend of hers

"Hey! haha yeah I'm helping out my uncle that owns the pizza place for a while." The pizza guy says.

"Oh nice! So how much do I owe ya?"

"It's gonna be $10.45 please."

"Alright hang on I'm gonna go get my wallet you can come in if you want."

"Alright thanks."

Cloe then walks up to her room and I get up from the couch and meet the mysterious pizza guy.

"Um. Hi." I say

"Hey" he greets back with a smile.

Then there's an awkward silence until Cloe gets back.

"Ok I'm back sorry bout that. But here you go." Cloe says handing him the money

"It's fine don't worry about it. Thanks." he says with a smile "Well I should get going I've got other deliveries to do. it was nice seeing you again Cloe!" he says giving her a hug then turning to me. "and it was uh nice meeting you uh..."

"Roxy. I'm Roxy nice to meet you." I say with a small smile and stick my hand out to shake his. He takes my hand and shakes it.

"I'm Alex. Nice to meet you. Well I've gotta go now bye!" And with that he disappears.

"Uh.. who was that?" I ask

Cloe closes the door and places the pizza on the coffee table in the middle of the living room.

"Remember how I mentioned that I was with a friend yesterday well yeah that was him I met him when I was on my walk."

"Oh nice! he seems nice."

"He is. We hung out for sometime at the park and got to know each other a bit and he was nice and easy to get along with."

"Hmmm."

"What?"

"Oh nothing nothing... my business don't worry about it hehe." I say

Hmm looks like to me someone might be having a one-sided crush at the moment but she don't seem to notice hehe.. just by the way he looked at her and smiled it wasn't hard to tell he likes her.... oh well guess we'll have to see where this goes...

"Let's get back to the movie!" Cloe exclaims sitting back down on the couch.
