That morning they told us that they would come and pick us up in around a week so till then we had to Live with our aunt Savannah. Long blonde hair, Gorgeous. She lived with her husband Max and her daughter Katie. Katie was our age ,8, a horrible age to loss your parents not only because you can't do anything but you worry , who will do them for you, and I mean it's hard to loss your parents anyway it shouldn't go that way you don't loss you parents at the age 8 hoping you won't be screwed for the rest of your life. Never knowing what it's like to grow older with your , true parents. Like usual kids. The CFF workers names were Mary and Madison. Apparently they send girls to make you feel safe but in my 8 year old mind that's just sexist. I know it's weird knowing that 8 year olds know what that means but they pick up things quickly. Three days had pasted and they all seemed the same wake up, get dressed, Savannah would tell us to smile, we would say " try being an 8 year old in this situation" she would say she's sorry and than Quinn and I would go upstairs and talk,  pray, and worry. A week had pasted we packed up a lot of our stuff and than the obnoxious knocking came back. Knock knock. Knock Knock. The shades open the rays of sun hit my eyes and they closed then I force my self to expose my eyes to the sun and air. I rip the sheets off of me hoping that I would be able to go down the hall and wake up Quinn without being seen or heard. Creek. As the door opens. Bang bang bang. As I start running to Quinn's room." Everliegh I hear you." Savannah says hoping that I would answer her. Which I did just not they way she was probably hoping." Good it means that you have ears." I say back trying to sass her without getting in trouble " Haha very funny young missy now I'd prefer if you didn't talk back." She said very calm , but there goes my loud mouth     "Pretty sure that's how a conversation works, though." I snapped back at her but quickly apologized " I'm sorry I'm just not happy right now, you know how it is." But she doesn't understand "actually I don't understand how you feel I can only try to think about how you are right now."  Quinn comes down the stairs all ready to go with her bags and my bags. " You seem anxious to leave Quinn." Savannah says but once again she doesn't understand " No I just want to get this over with" Quinn says not feeling good about this at all. "It's ok honey you guys will be ok and if you ever need help just give me a call. Quinn and I said our goodbyes and got on with our new crazy life. Not really ready for what we might live in but all we know is that, Quinn and I are in this together.
