Sam was still seeing lucifer and you hated it. It was taking his sleep and rest away and he always looked bad and restless. You offered to stay with him in a psychiatric hospital to make sure he's okay and everything. You even stayed up all night and slept when nurses came in. Then he finally calmed down a little bit before actually saying something to you.

He looks at you with tired eyes as he smiles and you smile back before kissing him.
