Dear Shailaja,
I was having Dum Aloo today which my mother-in-law made for us and there was a clove which I encountered which made me write this chapter today after ages.
Love
P.S- I'm writing this chapter while eating choco lava cake which my husband got me today, so yeah I'm missing the gang today.

So my dear readers, let's have a stop to another memory lane.
I clearly remember it was Feb 2014, during this period I made a great bond with Dean. Apparently I just got my wisdom teeth removed which was being a pain in my ass from past many years. After the surgery was done, I was given an injection which would work like a pain killer for me. But the bitchy doctor inserted that in my fat muscle instead of the actual muscle which lead to have a really big lump on my hip for a very long period of time. I missed my college those days, my mum was out of town during the period, and my dad couldn't visit me cause his office was one hour drive away at that time.
And my knight in the shining armor called me and asked me what happened to me. I explained her everything. And since she's bound to save my ass (like literally) all the damn time now, she used to do it even back then.
Being the sweetest person that she is and the way she was raised, she came to place in blink of an eye, took me to the doctor since I had an appointment and she didn't stopped there. When we reached home, she made rice & dal for me which the doctor advised me to have it. So while making it for me, she was looking for a particular ingredient and that's clove. And I had no fucking idea where this thing in kept in my kitchen from past 3 years, and she found it in 3 minutes. When the meal was ready, she ate with me, made sure I took my meds and then she took the leave.
I'm writing this to let her know that I can never ever forget what she has done for me in these past years and I never will. I know she knows this too, but I wrote this one for myself. Just reminding myself that how selfless soul she is that even when we didn't shared a great bond back then, she was all set to leave everything and come for my rescue and today all I have to say her 'HI' and she's there for a rescue just like a mother does to when her child is not safe.
So whenever either of us encounters a clove during the meals, all we do is take a snap, send to the other person, and that's how we get lost in the memory lane.
