I wake up with my head pounding. With my eyes still closed I reach to my forehead. I immediately open my eyes and sit up as I feel something wet. I look at my finger.

   "Blood?" I ask myself.

"Yes." I jump and look up. The woman with blond hair from yesterday. "Josh would say, it's your own fault, but I don't know. There would have been another way to shut you up." I look around, heavy breathing. Is this a motel room?

"Let me just..." She sits down next to me and I crawl away from her. She smiles slightly. "I just wanna clean your wound." She follows me and I get up and run to the door, because it's a free path. Of course it's looked and tears fill my eyes and start rolling down my cheek. Shaking I sit down leaned against the wall next to the door. I pull my knees close to my body and wince as the woman touches my wound. I let her do whatever she'll do, just staring in the empty room.

"Everything's done." she says and brings me out of my doze. In this moment the door opens and I jump up, but everything gets blurry and dizzy. The woman grabs my shoulders.

"Slow down." she says and my view gets good again after a few blinks. "Josh got you really good, huh?" Her look goes to the side. It's an angry one.

"She didn't shut up. I did what I had to do." a familiar voice claims. I shudder and get chills everywhere.

"Anyways, we have to leave. Now." The woman turns me around and I see the two guys. My heart beats faster again and panic comes up.

"One sound and you have another wound at your forehead." Blue-hair says looking annoyed.

The other one steps out, then me, then the woman and blue-hair.

Brown-hair stops as I hear a hiss. A cat is hissing. He walks from side to side, but not further. I look around, see some people and think about calling for help.

"Just kick it, Tyler." Suddenly something climbs up my leg and I hold my hands out automatically. I look down and a smile appears on my face, but someone pulls the again hissing cat away. I look shocked at blue-hair, who is about to kick her away.

"No!" I yell and make a step to him. He raises an eyebrow. "Please, don't hurt her. That's my cat." He frowns and is about to throw her. "Please!" Tears are rising again. "I-I'll do anything you say, just... just let me keep her. Please." The tears start rolling as blue-hair sighs.

"Give her at least that, Josh." I hear the woman say.

"Fine." he says angry and slams the grey cat in my arms. "Now shut up." I press her at my chest and follow brown-hair to a black car.

Blondy tells me to get in the back seat and that's what I'm doing. She gets next to me and the guys sit in the front. I pet my cat shaking as the engine starts and we start to drive away. I think about calling for help or knocking at the window, but I let it go, looking down at my little friend, cuddeling at my stomach.

"What's his name?" I look up. The woman talked to me, but I don't answer. My look goes down to my cat again and I hear her sigh. I don't know for how long we sit in this car now. "I'm Jenna. The guy who got scared of your cat is Tyler and–"

"I wasn't scared, Jen! It just wouldn't let me through."

"A cat Tyler. You should have kicked it away or killed it." I look up shocked. What did blue-hair just say?

"And that grumpy is Josh and if you would have killed that cat, I would have killed you, Josh." I have to smile slightly, looking back to my grey, fluffy cat. Josh hisses like Dot did a while ago.

"Her name is Dot." I say without looking up.

"Dot? Why?" I look up and see Tyler turning around and looking confused.

"She has a dot under her chin." I say while I fondle her chin. She purrs with her eyes closed, slowly relaxing. You can't say this about me. I'm not relaxing, not at all.

Around five-ish hours later Josh pulls in to another motel and parks the car.

"Get out and don't say anything or we leave that fucking cat here." Josh says looking with fiery eyes at me. I swallow and nod before I open the door, Dot in my arms. Jenna, Tyler and Josh grab three bags. Tyler grabs Jennas hand and she smiles at him. I look to the exit.

"Don't think about it." Josh hisses. "Come here." I follow his demand.

As we enter the reception, he reaches for my hand, but I pull it away.

"Take. My hand." I nod scared and grab it. "And smile a little." Could I tell someone in here that I got kidnapped?

"Her name is Zoe Longstein, as a friend and colleague of hers, Sophia Marold, told the police tonight. She claimed that three people, two men and a woman, came into the shop before she left to go to her sisters wedding. An hour later, the owner of the little café found Sophia Marold dead. Throat cut open. The police think it were the same people who kidnapped Zoe Longstein, if she got kidnapped and didn't run away..."

I stare at the radio in a corner of the room, tears rising in my eyes. Sophia is dead? Did they kill her? Why did Sophia come back?

"Hey, is your girlfriend okay?" A concerned woman asks looking at me. I could tell them. I could tell them, that I am Zoe Longstein, the missing girl. Suddenly my hand, that holds Joshs feels something hard at Joshs back. A gun?

"Yea, she's fine. A little worried for this kidnapped woman." Josh claims, sounding totally different than I heard him so far. He sounds nearly friendly.

Blue-hair pulls me a bit away and leans down.

"One word, and everyone in this motel is dead." I have to suppress a whimper, but nod. I don't want to be responsible for the death of multiple people. One is enough.
