" Olivia," my mom screamed to me.
" What," I screamed right back.
" Bring these cookies to our new neighbors. I want them to feel welcomed to Wolf's Creek,".
That's my mother for you. Overbearing, loud, but extremely caring and kind. It may seem like my mother and I don't get along very well, but it's the exact opposite. Me and her are best friends. You would expect us to be sisters rather than mother and daughter. The only thing that gives it away is our looks. My mom is blonde, blue eyed size 14 soccer mom. Head cheerleader, prom queen, and valdvatorian of her day. Me, well I'm the exact opposite. Brownish/ reddish hair, hazel eyes, size 9. I'm not exactly what people would call 'social'. I'd rather spend my time with books or computers than people. My mom says I get that from my dad. I wish I knew. He died right after I was born. From all the stories I've heard, he was loyal, kind, caring, a natural born leader. He was a whiz at computers and a bit of a nerd. I'd do anything to meet him. But, I don't think people can come back from the dead after 16 years.
I threw a Wolf Creek Highschool hoodie over my head before I went downstairs to get this little meet and greet over with. I grabbed the plate of cookies my mom left on the counter for me to take over. As I was about to leave my mom shouted at me.
" Be nice," she yelled. I wasted no time with my response.
" When am I ever not?" With that I left.

Hey guys. Sorry for any grammar or spelling errors. This is the first full length book and werewolf book that I've written. Please vote and comment. Feedback is always welcome and appreciated. Hate however, is not.
