"i think so."

"well," jin spoke while picking up his cup of water, "he obviously makes you happy. i can tell."

hoseok smiled. "yeah. i guess so, huh?"

he ate some of his lunch that jin made before he continued talking.

"i get worried about him."

"eh? why?"

the blonde boy rubbed the back of his neck and sighed. "well, for starters he doesn't have many friends."

seokjin laughed.

"neither do we, hobi."

"no, no, no. i mean, he literally has no friends, even though he's such a great person."

the boy hummed in response.

"he also has... some problems."

"problems? has he talked about them with you?"

hoseok glanced to the side. "no. but it's
not hard to see, and that's why i get concerned. i just wish he went here with us."

jin's head shot up immediately. "have him audition in january! do you know if he can do anything?"

"ummm...." the boy stared up in thought. "he's briefly mentioned playing piano before."

he clapped his hands together. "great! god knows we could use less annoying piano majors."

hoseok laughed. "perks of being in the dance cluster."

"if only there was a rap section in the music cluster," a voice said, making seokjin jump and yell loudly. "you and i would be the leaders of that shit, hobi."

"look who finally showed up," he said with a smile.

"hey! i wouldn't have been so late if jin over here made me some damn lunch. i had to wait in that long ass line just for this slightly better than average but still shit school food!"

"don't you insult my cooking next time you salty ass bitch."

namjoon rolled his eyes and sat down with the two boys. "you're wilding."

jin pointed at the boy with purple hair and squinted his eyes. "this is why you didn't get lunch!"

hoseok laughed as he watched the two bicker like an elderly couple.

they truly were the best of friends.

i just wanted to say real quick that the school these three go to is based off the one i go to which is an arts school, and theres these things called "clusters" which is the group you auditioned for

theres dance, visual art, music, and theatre

and within the music cluster, theres a lot of different sections in it like band, orchestra, choir, piano, guitar, and jazz

a lot this story is based off of places i go to often which yaknow is obviously not in south korea but in the u.s so yeah lmao, kindly go with it please
