Shame on Me (A Seto Kaiba Story)

Chapter 1

I smiled like a little child when I sat down at my desk and began to type www.meetawesomepeople.com (I just made this up) and logged in. I looked to see who was online and when I saw the person I was looking for I smiled. I clicked on the name 'Seto' and typed hi.

Thea: Hi!

Seto: Hey!

Thea: So how was your day today? Little brother being a pain again?

Seto: I'm good and of course. I have a feeling he will never grow out of this phase!

Thea: Well boys will be boys, lol especially the young ones

Seto: Yeah, the young ones are! Anyway I wanted to ask you something.

Thea: Sure, ask away!

Seto: Well, we've been talking on here for what almost 3 years now yet we have never met. Now I know this may be a long shot but I was wondering if either you would like to come visit or if you're not comfortable with that I can come visit you..

Thea: Hmmm....

Seto: If you're not comfortable with that then you don't have to, I don't want to pressure you or anything.

Thea: Well, It's not that I'm uncomfortable with it, its just I've never been to Japan before. I don't even know the language or even anything about the country! I'm afraid I'll get lost.

Seto: You won't have to worry about getting lost, I'll be there to help show you around and about the language, you'd be surprised of how many people speak English here, plus I'll be here to hep you.

Thea: I don't even have to money to go 

Seto: That's no problem I can pay for your ticket. But that is only if you want to, you don't have to come.

Thea: I don't want to take your money!!!

Seto: It's ok, I promise! I can afford it.

Thea: Are you sure?

Seto: Of course!!

Thea: well I guess it's a date, what day?

Seto: Well if tomorrow works I can email you the tickets and everything.

Thea: WOW! Tomorrow? That's a little bit of a short notice, haha. Yeah, that'll work.

Seto: Ok! I will see you then! Bye!

Thea: See ya!

Seto has logged off.

With that I logged off the computer and jumped up with glee forgetting that the desk was there thus hitting my knee on it. I grabbed my knee and groaned in pain. My roommate/best friend, Samantha, walked in right after and said, "What did you do this time. Wait, don't tell me, let me guess. Something amazing happened on the computer with caused you to jump up happily completely forgetting that the desk was there this banging your knee." I looked at here and mumbled a small 'yes' as she looked at me triumphantly. She always did that, every time I did something stupid she could come in and guess right away what happened. I don't know how but it's just something she has always been able to do, she even did it when we were little. It's what makes her different from everyone else I know. At that moment I remembered my plans and ran up to her and said, "Guess what!?! You remember that guy Seto? Well he asked if we could meet. He even offered to buy my plane ticket and everything! So I guess I'm going to Japan tomorrow!"

"Wait, wait, wait, WHAT!!! You don't even know the dude, how do you know that he's not just some rapist or killer or something!" Sammy said in shock.

"Well, I don't know that but our 3rd part of our group lives there. If anything happens I can stay with him. Also if you don't here from me at all call the cops ok. Plus I'm 19, I can take care of myself." I said trying to convince her that I'll be ok.

She sighed, "I know, I'm just worried. Sometimes you aren't the brightest. I'll contact Joey and let him know that you are coming incase you forget."

I smiled and look at her, "Thanks, I will make sure to call once I have landed." Sammy just nodded with a sigh and walked off.

I woke up so excited for the day. I went to jump out of bed and ended up falling on the floor. I quickly recovered and went to the bathroom to get ready. I brushed out my long black hair until I got the tangles out and curled it. Once I was done with that I waited for my curler to cool down and put it in my bag. Now it was time for my make up, I put a little eyeliner and mascara on to bring out my dark red eyes. I put all my make up and hair supplies in one of my suitcases and proceeded to pack my clothes, underwear, my lingerie (because you never know ;] ), toiletries, and shoes. I ended up with 3 suitcases and on carry on which had some snacks, chargers, my laptop, and girly things just in case.

I ran out of my room and I got to the front door when I heard Sammy yell, "THEA!!! Get back here and eat your breakfast. I don't want you starving on your way there because you and I both know how much food you eat." I sighed putting my bags down next to the front door and I walked into the kitchen and sat down at the table pouting. She sat my plate in front of me which consisted of eggs, french toast, pancakes, waffles, bacon, orange juice, and sausages. Yes, call me a fat kid but I happen to like food, a lot, but the thing is I can eat tons of food but I never gain any weight. I've been told by my doctor that I have a high metabolism, but that I am at a healthy weigh. I scarfed my food down and gave Sammy a hug and walked down to the airport. It was only a block away from my house and so it only took about 10-20 minutes to get there. Once there I boarded my plane and headed off to Domino.

"Excuse me miss, We're here, its time to get off the plane." I felt someone poking me gently. I sat up and noticed that I was the last person on the plane besides the stewardess and I quickly thanked her and grabbed my bags. Once I stepped off the plane I immediately smelt the fresh are and thanked the lord I was finally on ground.

I started to walk to find Seto, before I went to bed last night he said she would wait for me so he could show me around and everything, when I remembered that I needed to call Sammy.

After my phone call I looked around for him, I had only seen in pictures so I didn't have much to go off of. I was lost in through then I felt someone poke my shoulder, thinking it was Seto I swung around fast, a little too fast. Once I regained my balance, I looked up to see that it wasn't Seto but in fact Joey. I gave him a huge bear hug, unbeknownst to me that Seto had saw him hug Joey and in a fit of jealousy and walked off leaving me there.

"What are you doing here!?!?" Joey asked

"I was meeting this guy that I had been talking to but I don't seem to see him. Would it be possible to go to your house to message him?"

"Of course!" Joey said excited with a strange look in his eyes, admiration, love? No it can't be!

So me and my co-author had been working on this for about 3-4 years now and I finally got around to finishing it. I hope you like it and the next chapter will be out soon!
