Cheaper 1- Starting the mystery

Dean woke up at 10 AM on a Saturday, he went to go brush his teeth and get ready for the day untill he heard a loud banging coming from the attic. He quickly put on a shirt and went to go cheak out what the banging was. He went up to the attic and reached for the string to open the attic, but his mom stopped him. "Dean what are you doing?, you know we don't go up there" Dean looked at his mom worried as if she was hiding something. "Mom there was a loud banging coming from the attic" "I don't care don't ever go up there" his mom scolded him then walked away. Dean looked at the attic wondering what could possibly be up there that she wouldn't want him to see. Dean walked away from the attic so his mom wouldn't get on his case again. He went back to his room and texting his friend seth. "Hey, are you up?" Dean waited 5 min before he got a text back "hey, what's up" dean grabbed his phone and texted back as fast as he could. "Hey meet me at the park in 5 min". Dean grabbed his jacket and ran to the park. As dean got to the park Seth was just arriving. "Hey what's up dean" Seth held his hand above his head for a high five. Dean quickly high fived Seth "Hey we need to talk about something important this mornin i-" Seth cut him off "I know what your going to say and yes I know that's why I brought this" Seth went into his car and pulled out two wrestling belts with tape on the top that reads "HCW"  and two metal trash cans with many items. "What's all this for?" Seth puts one of the belts over deans shoulder. "Last week my wrestling performance wasn't that great but I'm here now to make it up to you" dean looks down " this isn't why I called you here today even though your performance last week was a little rubbish" Seth looked at dean " then why did you call me here?" Dean took the belt off his shoulder and looked at seth. "This morning i heard a bang from my attic and I think it might be where my dad has been for the last 3 years" Seth looks worried at dean. "What? Do you think your mom put your dad in the attic for all these years?" Dean looks at Seth in the eyes "I think she might have they never got along and I want you to investigate it with me, are you in?" Dean holds his fist out to Seth. Seth fist bumbs dean "I'm in"
