The Invisible Dream.

'There's a light.. just beyond my reach... I can hear my name being called.. Its Sayaka's... The voice grows and she starts to appear as I open my eyes, there are explosions all behind her.. I can see Mami.. Homura... Kyoko.. My head grew tighter as I heard a loud beeping noise... repeating itself and the cries of my younger brother..'

I woke up with a jolt, quickly looking over at a sleeping kyubey. He sat up and stretched. "Morning Makoka."

"M-Morning Kyubey.." I said as I rubbed my eyes. "i had another nightmare..." I picked him up and stroked his back, he purred lightly and then I stood up, him moving to my shoulder as I walked into the bathroom to get ready for the day. Mom was already in there, brushing her teeth. "Goodmorning, Mama." I smiled as I walked over.

"Good morning! Madoka!" She laughs as she smiled, her toothbrush hanging from her mouth. "How did you sleep?"

"Just fine.. what about you?" I asked, brushing my own teeth.

"Ah~ I had a bad dream! I lost all my clients and we were pour!" She spit and then gurgled some water.

"I had a dream I was about to die and my friends were fighting for me.. and Kyubey was a toad." With that he looked at me from the counter and tilted his head.

"A toad?" He blinked then laid back down as I put my ribbons in my hair.

"Yes. A toad." I giggled and then looked at mom, she was putting on her make up. Even though me and dad have told her many times before she doesn't need make up, shes beautiful the way she was. But my little brother said she looked like a dragon when angry, we all payed for that one.

Once we were done getting ready I threw on my uniform and then took myself to school, meeting up with Sayaka and Kyoko on the way. "Ah~ Madoka! Your late!" Sayaka was leaning on Kyoko, who was still eating her breakfast. Not a big surprise.

I bowed apologetically and then we started to walk. On the way, all three of us stopped as we spotted Homura and Mami, and next to them, a grief seed. we quickly ran over and our rings glowed. "Mami-san! Homura-chan!" Sayaka smiled lightly.

"No time to waste. Come on." Mami said as the portal opened and we all ran inside.

As soon as we got inside the portal, we transformed into out Magic Girl forms, I drew my bow and smiled, having god like powers surly helps me a lot. Kyoko jumped in front of me and took off towards the nightmare. Sayaka followed, her sword tightly in her hands as we all fought. Nagisa-chan appeared and sat on Mami's shoulder as she drew her guns. Homura caught me and looked at me, her eyes said to control myself, with her being a Demon, she had me and her let the others fight, I haven't been in my Goddess form since Homura and I fought.

As I glanced over at Sayaka, she was using Octavia to fight for her. She was controlling her movements against the nightmare. It wasn't long before the nightmare was defeated, everyone was exhausted and back in our school uniforms. Kyoko growled. "I wanted to be the one who killed it!"

"Kyoko, you delivered the final blow!" Sayaka lied. Kyoko believed her and smirked.

At school it was really boring, Teachers talked and talked. I'm pretty sure Sayaka and Kyoko ditched the rest of the day. Not a big surprise. Homura, and I made it through the day... Barley.

As I got home dad was cooking dinner, my little brother was playing on the kitchen floor next to him. I walked over and knelt down to him. "Whatcha playing?"

He looks at me and then smiles. "Car!" He said laughing and picked up a pink car, it used to be mine when I was younger. I just smiled and sat down with a sigh. "Papa, If I disappeared, would you forget me?"

He stopped cooking and looked back at me. "Madoka. Why would ask something like that?"

I just looked down, my feet swinging back and forth. "Well, i had a dream.. that i was never born.. and Little brother was the first born.. Mama forgot about me.. and you did.. but he didn't...I was alone in space.. with Kyuby..." He walked over and pulled me into a hug.

"Madoka, your mother and i would never forget you. even if you were never born." He kissed my head and smiled. "alright?"

"Yes papa." I hugged back and smiled at him. 'Maybe the dream was made up...' I thought as i picked up my little brother after papa went back to cooking. I took him into the wash room and then got him and myself ready for dinner. Once back out i put him in his high chair.

"You be good mommy, sissy." He said with a smile.

"Thank you baby brother." I kissed his head and took my seat, i was still in my school uniform, how could i forgot.

After dinner papa and my brother went to bed.. and so did I. but i just laid on my bed, Kyubey curled up on my chest. "i don't know what to do.." I said as i closed my eyes. "With everything going on... This fake city.. this fake everything..I want to go back..Incubator..." I sighed.

"You could go back.. you are a goddess you know. Your hardly under my power anymore. If you wish it, it'll come true! Plus, i need you here to train a new magic girl." He sat up.

"A new Magic girl?" I sat up, him flopping down to my lap.

"Yup! I need you and the others to train her. Like you did Akemi-san." He rubed his eyes with his paw.

"I'll talk to them later.. whats her name?" I asked, scratching behind his ear.

"her name is Nima." He said looking up at me. "Shes actually a grade younger than you, Kyoko, and Sayaka."

"Wow, a little kid making a contract? Poor soul.." I chuckled and rubbed my eyes with a yawn. "I'll.. see what i can do.." With that i fell backwards and fell asleep.
