My lips throbbed , my heart throbbed , even my brain was so much in utter confusion that my body reacted by staying as still as a statue .
A thousand thoughts went through my mind . I mean , what literally happened just some minutes ago ? My Chairman what ! Kissed me??!! And I don't think I was in any Sleeping Beauty situation or was I ? All I could do was look up to him and at his face that looked over with worry at my reaction , I guess. I was wide-eyed and I'm sure my eyeballs were just about to pop out of my eyes.

"Lacey?," he carefully called out to me monitoring my every action and reaction . I couldn't answer cuz every fibre of my body was just frozen . Electric shocks and kisses ! What in the world ! I really hope that was ABSOLUTELY NOT my imagination cuz I'm a 100% sure I'll admit myself to the mental ward the second I can get out of bed .

"Lacey," he called out once again but this time , shaking my shoulders and then when he touched my face , yet again tingles like shock game over my body . I gasped and whispered ," ahh..... Ye...yes...?"
By that time , it seemed that he had got a hold of the situation himself and he cursed almost inaudibly ,"Shit." Oh great , the irony ! Holy Macaroni M*****f*****g Shit ! That was real ! The shock was !

What is Cavarian ,then ? A human electric box ? Ha! I continued to fret about in my mind whilst my body , however, remained as it was unmoving . And i think the only part of me moving were my eyes which must be going around in circles , I'm sure , and in normal situations I'd be a freak but all of this is seriously freaking me out . Seriously ? I literally came back from death to be kissed by my Chairman and what's more is that he's an....an electric box ? How good could my life ever get , God ?

"Look," he began slowly ," I will answer all your questions , Lacey . I know you've got a lot ask .But first , let's get you out of this situation ."
Situation huh ? I almost forgot that I was still in ahh...his bed and I practically almost died. Death ... And suddenly the woman's face flashed through my mind ...the one that had come in my, my dream or well I really don't know how to describe it . I looked up to meet his eyes and all I could see were those oddly warm black eyes which reminded me of the woman's. I was utterly confused at the irony of the situation .When I was practically dead , warm black eyes .When I'm alive and kicking ,well..sort of, that too warm black eyes .

"Lacey ? ," he called out again .
"Yes?," I answered simply .
"You have a certain habit of zoning out very often , ain't you ?"
I was a bit embarrassed at the fact that someone else had caught on to my habit but I replied nonchalantly ,"I do ."

After a few moments of pause I questioned ,"Can I get off of this bed , now? I'm sure you know but I've got a lot to ask of you ...a lot which I hope you answer without a lie"
"I think you should rest a bit more ," he replied looking anywhere but me.
"Mr.Legend I think I'm well enough to hear a few questions answered ," I answered back frustrated at being kept in the dark for long . And well, I'd change that 'a few questions' to 'gazillions of questions' if I were you haha ..

Cavarian looked me in the eye and I think he could not , but concede to my demands ,"Well, I guess I could do that ."
"Of course ! In fact you must ! How much more of Wolf-men are there here ! And murderers !God! ," I screamed just about to fist a handful of hair ...but I did not because my hair is...um let's just say precious .
"Woah ! Calm down here . A lady doesn't err..scream like that "
"Mr.Legend please , it's fine if I ain't a lady at the moment . What's killing me is curiosity . I literally died , right ?," I question . He looked at me with heavy eyes and answered real soft ," Right... " He sat down in front of me on his err..bed and started ," Go on."
"Actually, I would prefer if you'd tell me everything you were aware of happening right from the beginning , from the very start ," I eyed him expectantly .
"Well then , I'd prefer it not to be told here but...can we go to my office , Lacey ? ," he asked .
"Well, OK ," I answered . Honestly , I didn't see the harm in going to his office and if he'd tell me the entire story , then it's quite fine .
