Chapter seven

When  woke up Mitch was on the other couch playing minecraft with Jerome. I looked at the clock. 10:15. Wow, I never sleep in that late. 

"Good morning today we are going back to Canada so anything at your apartment you want to get pack. We are leaving in ten minutes, our flight is at 11:30." Mitch said. I really hadn't trusted anyone but Jerome, witch is weird because he is the one who originally bought me. I had nothing here so we left when Mitch got off. Jerome came too because he had to take the car when we flew away. We reached my apartment with my directions (they skipped over it twice, they didn't know where I lived). I gathered my computer, clothes, phones, tablets, and pictures. I grabbed some other things too before heading out with my three suitcases stuffed. I returned my apartment key and paid my rent before heading out.

I was terrified. I had never ridden a plane before, I got car sickness, and boat sickness too so my parents never sent me on a plane. I never did get plane sickness though. We had first class tickets so it was a lot better. I had no idea how much time we were on the plane, but I didn't sleep. I never slept in the car (except a couple times, only at night though) and we had our plane in early morning. We drove to Mitch's apartment. When I got in he showed ma a room with a bed and a closet. I unloaded my bags in there. I checked a small clock. It said 8:24. I unloaded my stuff, hanging my clothes in my closet, putting my pictures on the small table. When I finished the clock read 9:03. 

I walked out of my room and wandered around, finding the kitchen, bathroom, office, living room, and his bedroom. 

"Rosemary, we are going shopping tomorrow. We are going to the mall so  whatever shops you want to go to we will go. We are also going grocery shopping. We will leave at 9. Be ready." Mitch said, and then walked off to the office. I jumped in bed early glad to be in my own clothes.

When I woke up I looked at the clock. 5:05. Wow, my normal wake up time is 6-7. I got dressed in a short skirt that was black with white and pink stripes. My shirt matched the pink stripes and had long sleeves. I put a whit and black stripped vest on over it and put my hair up half and half style. I walked to the kitchen, glanced at the clock. 6:11. Wow it took me that long, I need a lamp. I couldn't see my clothes. I searched the cabinets. Cereal was the best breakfast he had. I looked in the fridge. Yes he had eggs. Now I could make him a respectable breakfast. 

I found his spice cabinet and brought out the parsley (witch I call Elvis XD) and the garlic salt. I whipped up some eggs with those ingredients and I poured them in a frying pan. I brought out a spatulas to make the eggs. I placed the scrambled eggs on two plates on for him and one for me. The clock read 7. When I had eaten my eggs and was washing my plate Mitch came out of his room looking like a zombie.

"Good morning Mr. Zombie, your eggs are on the table. I hope they taste as good as brains to you."

"Haha."

"Well it is good you are up, I need a lamp, it took me almost half an hour to get dressed this morning."

"I told you we are going shopping today, you can get one somewhere."

He finished his eggs, and I cleaned the plate while he got ready. I glanced at the time. 8:00. I went to my room and logged on to my computer. I went on minecraft, and to my little survival world. I played for 45 minutes before I logged out and put my shoes on. They were my black converse that were worn out and broken. At 9 I was ready to walk out the door when Mitch stopped me. 

"You cant go out like that! You'll freeze."

"Your telling a Wisconsin girl she'll freeze. Very funny." 

"You are from Wisconsin?"

"Born and raised, but I moved to Philadelphia to purse my law career. My aunt lives in Arizona, my friends live in North Carolina, anther set of friends in Georgia, and a close relative in Rhode Island."

"Wow you must travel a lot." 

"Yeah about once every year we travel somewhere, or at least one of us does."

We had reached the car already. The thermometer had said 20 degrees, and I wasn't cold, in fact I had missed the cold air, the snow falling on my hair. The car engine roared to life. I believe it was something close to a Prius. We drove and soon reached the mall. When I walked in I saw dozens of stores. I walked along the right side, looking for a couple. I had about three n mind. We walked past the girly stores like Victoria's Secret, and Pink. I walked until I found one of the three. The Lego store. Mitch didn't notice I had stopped.

"Mitch, right here." I said as I walked in. I looked search for the one set I wanted. I found it. The Lego Star Wars set with Jabba the hut, Luke, and Leia, plus the guards, and Lando. I brought it to the desk. 

"That will be 125$(I am just guessing I don't know the price of it). Would you like cash or credit?"The lady said.

Mitch was about to say cash, but I beat him. "Credit." I said, handing her my card.

The lady swiped it and was shocked at who I was, I quickly put my hand to my lips, telling her to be quiet and then acted like it was an itch. 

"Thank you come back here again." she said after we were through.

"What store next?" Mitch asked.

"Well we can go to game stop, or Barns and Noble. Your choice."

"Lets go to game stop."

We walked in. People turned saying "Its the Bajan Canadian." We ignored them and went over to the computer games. When we didn't find anything I remembered. "I forgot my headphones." I whispered. "I brought my ear buds, but i need headphones too."

"I have headphones you can have if you lose your ear buds okay?"

"Alright." I said as we walked out. We walked to a furniture store and bought a lamp. We went over to Barns and noble and I bought a ton of books. Mitch stared at me, and I gave him a what I like to read look. We went into some clothing stores but only because Mitch litterly dragged me in. He picked out some dresses and some shirts with jeans and other pants. When we went grocery shopping I got all the groceries that I needed an we left. We got home about 5:00. I unloaded everything with Mitch's help.
