"You look beautiful Kaylani." Leonardo said as he took a drink of red tinted wine out of his glass cup.

"Thank you. I can't believe you had the entire balcony section of the restaurant closed off just for us." Kaylani says as she looks out into the dark sky whose stars glimmered brightly. The night was cool and quiet. You could hear the distant car engines as they drove by. The breeze hummed a peaceful lullaby that fed the mind and heart. The night couldn't be more perfect.

"I just wanted to have you and your beautiful eyes to myself. Call me selfish but your beauty is begging me to admire." Leonardo passionately whispers.

"You're so cheesy. Haha" Kaylani giggled.

"So Ms. Westin. Tell me about yourself." Leonardo questioned.

"There's really nothing much to me. I'm the oldest of 3, I grew up with my mom and I graduated from UCLA! Ta-da!" Kaylani casually explains.

"I'm sure you're way more than that. What about your father? Was he ever in your life." Leonardo curiously asks as he continues to drink out of his glass cup.

"No. I never met him... he left my mom before she had me." Kaylani quietly adds.

"I'm sorry. I can't imagine how tough it might have been living without having a father. I was blessed to grow up with both of mine even though they spent most of their time focusing on the business rather than me and my brother." Leonardo continues.

"I can see the result of that. I mean, look at the company now." Kaylani suggests.

"You're right but the love of a parent can't be compared to the billions of dollars we have." Leonardo addressed.

"I'm honestly baffled that you aren't as greedy as I thought you'd be. You're extremely genuine and humble it intrigues me." Kaylani said as she looked into Leonardo's eyes.

"You intrigue me more." Leonardo whispered as he interlocked his fingers with Kaylani's hand. They stared into the depths of their eyes as if they were seeing a movie, the movie of their life. Leonardo could feel the warmth of Kaylani's touch as he held her hand in his. Although they were sitting across from each other, this moment was just as intimate and personal as their encounter in Leonardo's office.

"You make me question everything Kay. Your energy just fuels me in ways I can't express." Leonardo shyly says, "you make me want to be a better me, you know?"

Kaylani does not say a word but rather smiles candidly as she looks down at her plate of food.

"I have never felt like this. I have never thought my heart had the potential to feel this deeply." Leonardo adds.

"What do you feel?" Kaylani asks.

"I wish could tell you." Leonardo says.

"Why are you here! How dare you come to my house after all these years. You ought to be ashamed Sebastian!!" Margaret yelled as she weeped. Sebastian walked closer to Margaret and caressed her arm with his hands, gliding it up and down feeling the warm fabric that shielded her skin from his touch.

"Margaret I know I shouldn't have done what I did but we were only kids. We were young, naive, and in love." Sebastian whispered.

"You weren't young enough to understand the difference between cheating and being loyal! I was your fucking whore the entire time! I was the bitch you came to when your wife ignored you! That was all I was to you!" Margaret barked as she turned her gaze away from Sebastian.

"You were more than that! I was stupid! Completely stupid! I let you and my child go for a woman who only wanted me for my money." Sebastian remarked.

"I raised your child by myself! You never came back, at least for your own blood! Why on earth are you here?!" Margaret exclaimed.

"Listen. I'm too old for games. I always loved you ever since I laid my eyes on you. You came into my life at the wrong time. I was married to Belle and I was risking my company's reputation. At that time, being with you was only going to hurt us both." Sebastian calmly explained.

"It was always your fucking company. Always! Now what are you going to tell me? You've changed?" Margaret said frustrated.

"I am no longer the CEO of Carta. My son is now in charge of that. I also want to divorce Belle just so you can see that my love for you was real. I want to see my child. I want to love you again." Sebastian said.

---

Monserrat anxiously twiddled her fingers as she waited alone in the large living room. It was dark, only one lamp illuminated the spacious area. The air was cold and crisp as it entered and exited Monserrat's body. After what appeared hours of waiting, Monserrat hears the front door open.

"I'm home sugar!" Jace yells as he drops his coat in the hallway.

"In the fucking living room." Monserrat mumbles.

"Oh someone is feisty! I like that!" Jace jokes.

"The only thing that's going to be feisty is my foot up your asshole!" Monserrat aggressively barks.

"Whoa whoa whoa! What the fuck is your problem?!" Jace says as he sits on the leather couch across from Monserrat.

"What's my problem?! What's my problem?! You wanna know my problem! I AM FUCKING PREGNANT!!" Monserrat screams.

Jace's faces immediately turns pale as his touch grew cold. His eyes freeze as he swallows in one of the larges realities he's ever had in his life.
