1)Get parents permission but u still defend your rights you don't really have to if you'r doing it yourself they can't controls everything and I just did mine without asking.
2)You need to sterilize your ears they sell this anywhere to Walmart and tatoo shops and Claire's 3 )Take and cottonswab or ball DON,T use papertowels can leave behind those lil small rolls of paper that can just help build up bacteria, swab your ear with the sterilizer on the cotton do this until your ear is a little red but DONT scrub 4)Dot your ears with a pen and compare each one to see if they're the same place don't have to be perfect 5) put a cork on the back of your ear from a wine bottle put the pin on the dot and push through I twist mine but I think if your a beginner you probably don't want to dont this technique. 6) put your into the hole and put a back on that you know will not come out. 7) sterilize your ear every two hour if you're in school like me you might want to just sterilize it when you get home and before you go to sleep.
