"Give me the scalpel," Dr.Smile requested. His pure white mask, with a simple smiley face on it, was stained with blood. My blood. I struggled against the metal restraints. Dr.Smile tsked. "What a stupid cat you are." He slowly, and painfully, dragged the small blade across my stomach. I screamed out in pain.
I snapped awake, still screaming. I sobbed loudly, burring my face in my paws. I felt himawari's arms wrap around me. I hugged her tightly, sobbing into her shoulder. "Shh it's ok, I'm here." She soothed. I gripped her night shirt tightly. "Please, don't let him take me away!" I whimpered. Himawari pulled me closer. She tugged me into her lap and traced small patterns on my back. I cried for what felt like hours. Himawari rocked me back n forth, softly. Soon my cries turned to sniffles. The red fox lifted my face up softly. Her soft blue eyes searched mine before he asked, "you ok?" I nodded my head slowly. Himawari studied my face before she leaned down and kissed my forehead. My cheeks burned.
I've always had a huge crush on her. Himawari found me outside in the cold. I was naked, alone, and afraid. Blood covered the fresh snow. I remember hearing footsteps and thinking Dr.Smiles was coming to finish me off. But there she stood. Himawari. A simple leather jacket with skinny jeans. Converses covered her large feet.
She had small pouches on her body. She looked at me before scooping me up in her buff arms. She pulled out a handkerchief from her pockets and dabbed at my wounds. Her blue eyes were filled with worry and care. "Don't worry, I'll take you to the underground. You'll be safe there." From that day forward, I always stuck by her side. We were two peas in a pod. And as the days grew on I had grown a crush for her.
Himawari placed me back under the covers and pulled it up to my neck. She sat down beside me and I placed my head in her lap. "Get some sleep, time."
