We continued speeding through the streets with the GCPD on our tail. J tried his best to loose them, but it just wasn't working.

"Princess, I need you to shoot their tires." He instructed as he quickly looked over at me then back at the road.

I nodded then winded down the window. I grabbed my gun again and stuck half my body out of the car.

This is exciting and scary at the same time, but mostly exciting. See this is one of the main reasons why I stayed with him, this feeling that I'm addicted to. Something I would never have experienced before.

I shot at one of the car's wheels, and got one of the three cars on the first go. I smiled at myself proudly from my achievement. I then watched the car tumble over upside down. Yea that might have killed them. Oops.

"Hey princess." J started as he recklessly turned a corner.

"Yea?"

"Why did you stay?"

His question caught me off guard and made me miss the wheels completely. I waited a bit then shot at the wheel again, this time hitting it and getting the same result as before.

"Uh, I dunno." I shrugged, trying to avoid this topic.

See there are two reasons why I stayed. One being for the excitement, and the other being... well you see I may have formed this tiny little crush on J. Just a small one, and trust me I'm not proud of it.

"Haylee I've known you long enough now to know that you wouldn't of stayed for no reason, now spit it out." He demanded as I shoot the last car.

I got back in the car properly and sat the gun down in my lap and looked over at him, only to find him staring back. He then held my hand in his free one and looked back at the road.

"Well as much as I hate to admit it I kinda enjoy it. I don't know. And I guess I would have felt bad for leaving you. I don't want to betray my partner in crime."

My words made him smile, but not his usual creepy smile but an actual genuine smile. The rest of the drive was a mixture of silence and small glances over to each other.

We finally arrived back at the mansion, and J parked the Lambo in the garage. He got out and quickly walked around to my side of the car, opening my door and holding my hand to help me out.

He smiled down at me, then followed by a wink. We walked inside and he lead me up to my bedroom door. I opened the door and walked in, but he just waited at the door leaning against the frame.

"Baby I need ya to dress up all nice for me, I'm taking you out to one of my clubs." He said as he stood there staring at me in a somewhat admiring way.

I nodded and walked over to the wardrobe, opening it and looking at my outfit choices. I don't think I've been to a night club before, maybe once with Willow, Dan and another friend of mine Grace. I'm kinda excited to go, yet slightly nervous. Damn you nerves, always gotta ruin the fun.

I picked out a red dress with black diamond patterns on it, one black and one red heeled boots, a black purse with a red diamond pattern on it, and a half red half black choker with a silver heart in the middle. I'm starting to really like the whole red and black colour theme.

As I was about to strip out of the jester costume I remembered J was still in the doorway, staring right at me. I turned to look at him, giving him a look saying 'are you gonna leave?'. But he just smirked in response. Not really in the mood to play his little game, I turned and headed into the bathroom.
