My mind starts thinking that my mom is going to kill me if I am late for my first day. The doors close and the bus stats rolling. I was lucky the bus driver saw me in the mirror. The bus stops and the doors opens it's doors. I rush on to the bus to find almost all the seats taken except for one. It is the seat taken by the most good looking boy I have ever seen. He smiled kindly to me and gestured to the unoccupied space beside him. I smiled back and slowly took the seat. We sat in silence for quite some time. I stare at the seat in front of me untill my eyes were averted to the guy next to me when he spoke. He cleared his throat.

"The idea that we are so capable at love but still choose to be toxic."

I looked at him totally confused

Your bag is open and I saw your book inside."
I look down to seem bag wide open. I immediately close it and look back at him.

"I also read Milk and Honey. I know it's weird considering that I am a guy buts it's good poetry. My name is Diego by the way."

"I am Luciana but call me Lizzie."

"I will"

The whole bus ride there we talked about poetry. We get to school and the bus doors of the bus open and everyone files out. Diego and I get off. I turn to say bye but  he is surrounded by a heard of girls. I ended up leaving without saying bye to him.

I start heading to my first class, Biology. My trip there was a short one. I entered the room on time but my teacher had me go to the office. My search for the office was cut short by a teacher looking for kids to bust. I tried to explain to her why I was out of my classroom. She didn't listen and dragged me to the office I was originally trying to find.
