Chapter 5: Lost and found

We were about too turn back when we heard sniffles and sobs.
*sob* *sob* *sniffle* *sob* *heavy breathing* *sniffle*.
Me and Mabel then suddenly looked at each other for a moment then quickly sprinted to the direction where we heard the noises. One thing was in our mind right now and it's "Dipper!"

Bill's P.O.V
Me and Mabel then found a clearing where we heard the cries. It was beautiful it has a waterfall with glowing flowers all around the place, some fireflies flying that makes the place even more enchanted and a crying Dipper. Wait, Dipper? I then looked around once more and saw Dipper on the ground, crying on his knees.

"Dipper!" Me and shooting star shouted.

Pinetree looked up from his tear stained pants to look at us. When he saw Shooting star he was so happy. But when he finally noticed his expression turned to Hatred and anger.
I was hurt (emotionally) that pinetree hates me. I didn't know that I was zoning out. Until I heard shooting star calling me.

"Bill, Hey Bill" "Helloo! Earth to Bill" she said while snapping her fingers in front of my face.

"Huh, What is it Sh-Mabel!" I said almost calling her shooting star.

"There's Dipper, come on" She said pulling me towards pinetree by the arm.

I only looked down at the ground while Mabel pull me towards Pinetree. When we arrived in front of Dipper. She quickly hugged him.

"Dipper you had me so worried, never do that again." She said as she slightly hits him with her fist. Then Pinetree hugged her back while still crying slightly.

"Why did you even run away? Why are you crying?" She asked as they pulled back from the hug, with me watching them silently. Me and Pinetree tensed up when she asked that question.

"Me? Why am I crying? It's b-be-because somebody made fun of me?" He stuttered making it sound like a question. Shooting Star only raised her eyebrow at him, clearly not believing him.

"Y-Yeah that's it, Somebody made fun of me" He said taking a quick glance at me.

I kinda felt hurt, that he was talking about me.

"Then why did you run away?" She asked him again looking at him with curious eyes.

"U-Um... Cause I didn't want him to see me cry and because he laughed at my birthmark." He said truthfully, glancing at me again.

"Him? Who is this him?" She said emphasizing the word him.

"I-It w-wa-was-" He stuttered but was cut off by my confession.

"It was me." I said joining their conversation while looking at the ground because of guilt.

The two looked up at me with wide eyes full of shock and anger (but mostly Mabel). I kept looking at the ground until I heard shooting star talk.

"Dipper, Why did you cry?" She asked him again while looking at me.

"He already told you, I made fun of his birthmark." I said a bit annoyed cause she kept asking.

"No, Dipper why did you cry when he made fun of birthmark, I thought this doesn't bother you anymore?" She asked turning her head to look at Pinetree.
