The Queen's Instinct (The Nerd's Limit Sequel)

The Queen could only grit her teeth upon hearing that ANATOMY Teacher, Park Gahi, calls Jiyong again for a short discussion. The thing is she was so sure that the old woman has something on her sleeve and wants to have a piece of her possession. Yes, my dear friends, the Queen and the Nerd have a dirty little secret going on and that was supposed to be a hush-hush in school. It all started after that steamy encounter at Jiyong’s room.

*Flashback*

“Hey, what’s the meaning of this?” he tries to wake her up upon receiving the self message. His heart pounded so loud that having a heart attack was inevitable. The sleepy girl glares at him for waking her up, but ended up pouting when he still didn’t get what she’s saying. “Kwon Jiyong, Jinhwa High’s most promising student, best in everything, walking encyclopedia, another term for the word INTELLIGENT…couldn’t get the meaning of a simple hint??? You’re so annoying, you know!?” she throws the pillow at him. Despite being sore, she still consider of kicking the guy whose face embodies the word C.L.U.E.LE.S.S.

You can’t blame her though, after the long time she frustratingly waits for him, he finally decided to take advantage of her. Good gracious! Most girls might say that it’s hard to fall in love with a bad boy, but the queen bet to disagree, for it’s harder to fall in love with a good one. She may have been inexperienced with the world’s desire (okay that was before the last night’s encounter) but flirting with a Nerd really bruised her ego. Why? Because even when she almost strip in front of him, all he would do is either shut his eyes or diverted his attention to another view. Stupid much!

“I don’t get it. You told everyone yesterday you got a boyfriend that’s why I went berserk. I’ve always wanted you but I know you wouldn’t like me, so I just kept it a secret. I thought it’s enough that I was able to spend times with you…but after hearing you had a…boyfriend, I just couldn’t take it. S-Sorry Chaerin, if I ruined y—“his words were cut off by a slap.

“Shit Jiyong, are you really insulting me? I don’t know why people call you smart, for you’re the slowest person I’ve ever met! Geez!!! I purposely told everyone I got a boyfriend because I know you will hear it! Why? Because you just happen to reject me in the morning, remember? I even let you see what I got but you just look away, as if feeling gross for what you just see. I need to build my bruised self esteem, you know! And to tell you straightly, YOU are the boyfriend I’m referring to last night! Get that in your slow mind!”

“Huh?” his eyes widen upon hearing her. “But you always played with me, how come you ended up liking me?” he looks so innocent while asking, very far from the monster she saw last night.

“Because you’re stupid, I’ve done many things against you to get your attention, I bullied you up to the core but you seem okay with it. How will I know that you like me back? You’re so good to everyone and that annoys me. You should look at me only! I mean it, after last night, you’re officially mine. At least, now I don’t have to keep an imaginary boyfriend.”  She pouted.
