This is some kind of PROLOGUE I guess....

*2 years earlier*
I quickly got out of my cosy bed and got ready.I couldn't believe that this would be the last time I saw her.We had just graduated High School and she was already leaving...She was going to New York and I would never see her again.I knew I had to realise that.We would both move away from each other forever.Thousand of miles away......
The bell rang and got me out of my thoughts.It was her.My best friend, Mia.
"Hi Summer."She said acting normally and hugged me.
"Hi"I managed.
"Oh c'mon Summer...Cheer up! You know that we won't lose touch...Not after everything we've been through together....We're best friends! And for god's sake! I'm moving to New York and you're moving to London! You should be excited!"she said smiling.
"Yeah you're right! I should be really excited that I'm never gonna see you again!"I said sarcastically
"Oh c'mon..."She said and we both sat on my couch."Anyway, changing subject, One Direction won a Brit yesterday"she said excitedly.
"Ugh, not them again....!"I said .She has a huge obsession with them and I genuinely cannot understand why.They're just another one of those boybands that in one year is forgotten by everyone.
"Oh c'mon ...Admit it! They're cute!"she said and I sighed

By the way, I'm Summer. Summer McCurdy.I've just graduated College.I studied Music in London.Long story.Most people are sooo happy when they graduate college.Well, I'm not....My life is a mess right now.I had a huge fight with my parents 2 years ago, because they wanted me to study law while I wanted to follow "my dream" and become a singer.I sound like one of those bubbly girls who are jumping all around the place, huh? Well, I'm not.I was never that bubbly or jumpy. 2 years ago my life was perfect.In school I was the "straight ace" the "nerd".However I managed to have friends and be quite sociable...But I realised that everyone seemed to have already decided what my future will be.I would become a great lawer after I would have studied law in London.Well what they called "my future" seemed like a boring normal life to me.I wanted to be special to do something different. And here I am.A girl in London , determined to show her parents that she can make it in the music industry.Sounds difficult, huh? Well it is.I myself have absolutely no idea how I'm gonna make it.
