Percy

Snape just looked at me as I carefully set down Vaisey. I patted Professor Mcgonagall's arm to tell her to keep him safe. I slowly stalked to Severus who stood stock still, watching me. I kept my expression blank, and with a flick of my wrist, the window behind him shattered.

I stopped when I was right in front of him. I gave a slight nod of the head that only he could notice. Severus returned it. I slowly raised my hands and touched both sides of his shoulders. For a moment, nothing happened and silence overtook us. Then I pushed him backwards.

As if in slow motion, he fell backwards out into open air. Everyone gasped in unison behind me, but I just watched the Slytherin fall. Halfway down, he disappeared by ways of Voldemort. I turned away from the scene, focusing on the student below me, locating who I needed.

"Harry." I pointed,"Go find what you came for. Don't forget that there's always a place to find what's lost."

He nodded, and scampered away,"Luna, lets go."

I watched the Ravenclaw follow him quickly,"Ron, Hermione, mind finding a weapon where the serpent lays?"

"We'll be back." Hermione promised, dragging a confused Ron out the door.

Finally I turned to the professors,"Get ready for battle. He's coming, but we're at an advantage."

Professor Flitwick frowned at me,"What do you mean, Mr. Jackson?"

I smirked at them, raising the stolen stick in my hand,"I've got his wand."

They all looked at me appalled, Professor Slughorn laughing loudly,"Mr. Jackson, you are quite the gem."

I winked at the all, clapping my hands to get everyone's attention,"Younger years, put them somewhere safe, older years can fight. Someone call the Order, Head of House Proffesor's, help me lock down Hogwarts. Let's go!"

Voldemort's evil voice suddenly echoed around the room,"I know that you are preparing to fight. Your efforts are futile. You cannot fight me. I do not want to kill you. I have great respect for the teachers of Hogwarts. I do not want to spill magical blood. Give me Harry Potter, and they shall not be harmed. Give me Harry Potter and I shall leave the school untouched. Give me Harry Potter and you will be rewarded. You have until midnight."

"Someone go grab him!" Pansy shouted into the silence.

I analyzed her and the other Slytherins,"Lets lock them up in the dungeon."

I turned on my heel, going to the front of the school. The professors followed me, while the rest of them did my bidding. Professor Mcgonagall put her hand out to stop me from entering under the square arch thing. She raised her wand to the sky, as did the other professors who were outside.

"Hogwarts is threatened! Man the boundaries, protect us, do your duty to our school!" Professor Mcgonagall commanded.

Gargoyles fell from the castle, and did as commanded. A silver shield glowed and expanded from the Professor's wands as they cast a defensive spell around the school. Once everything was set, I found my way to the very front of the school, the teachers following me aimlessly.

I turned half towards them raising my eyebrow,"Stand back."

In unison, they all took a step away from me. I turned back towards the outside, taking a deep breath. I put my hands low, calling all the water within a mile. It came to my bidding, rising above the surface. Gritting my teeth, I forced myself to continue.

The water rose until it covered all of the school and its town. The slab closest to us froze until it was ice. Crawling on the in and outside of it was lines of boiling water, which only lasted because of the blessing my father bestowed on me in the Crystal Cave almost a year ago.

Actually a big reason for most of my increase of power over water, the blessing of Poseidon. I think he was very happy when I proclaimed myself a prince, which was kind of refreshing. Finally claiming my title my father probably thinks, I inwardly snorted at that.

I dropped to my knees as exhaustion ran through me. Black danced on the edge of my vision from the huge use of energy. I slumped forward, falling towards the ground. I felt hands grasping at my body, pulling me away from my previous spot. I closed my eyes, drifting in and out of sleep.

I jerked when water was poured on my face. I gasped loudly, sitting upright in the cot I sat in. The professors were around me, shocked I was up, but water alway rejuvenated me. I looked around me, and I saw the Order had arrived. I glanced out the door and saw everyone prepared for the battle.

"What was that, Mr. Jackson?" Professor Slughorn asked me warily.

"It certainly wasn't any magic I've ever seen." Professor Mcgonagall declared firmly.

I stood up, heading for the door,"It wasn't. That was my own power."

I knew they were confused, but I felt the prodding of the opposers outside of my dome. I ran to where most of the attacks were, gesturing for the adults to spread out. They followed my silent command, and we dispersed, Sirius following me.

"Its an honor to fight beside my nephew." Sirius stated,"If I don't make it, I hope I see your mother, and be able to tell her I did you proud."

I frowned at first, putting a hand on his shoulder,"Please don't visit my mother anytime soon. I have yet to get to know her older brother."

He sighed, and wrapped me in an unexpected hug. I stiffened at first, my mind flashing back to my times of being captive by not only wizards. Slowly, I put my arms around him, clutching him tightly to my chest. We pulled apart, and another hand appeared on my shoulder.

I jumped, sticking my hand in my pocket and turning. Vaisey stood there tiredly with white gauze wrapped around his head. I tilted my head sympathetically. I pulled him into a soft kiss, before turning towards the entrance. Taking a deep breath, I pulled out my own wand, ignoring the grateful look in my uncle's eyes.

A large bang sounded, my defense falling. I heard the screams as the boiling water attached itself to many death eaters. I laughed when I saw some being knocked out by ice striking them. Some were killed, but most were just injured. I raised both my eyebrows impressed when the spell of the professors prevented death eaters from entering, but it was a few moments later when they managed to get past.

They all screamed for battle, charging. I raised my beautiful wand higher, ready to face the enemy, Voldemort's wand in my back pocket. Turning to my boyfriend and uncle on both sides of me, I readied myself for loss. I took a deep breath, raising the level of hope inside of me higher.

"Live like its your last. Love like you have no more. Fight like you're the only hope."
