                              "What the fuck Rose! I was taking a nap!" Lauren screamed into the phone.
                              "Well I'm sorry but I thought you would wanna know Sofia is in a coma!" I snapped. "But since you're in a bad mood I guess I'll just go-"

                              "What?! I'll be there in 10." Lauren said hanging up. I started to call Rain when I got an email.

                              Hey how's everything bestie?
                              I blew a lock of hair that landed on my lap. I instead tried texting Rain. 
                              ME: Need ya at the hospital, think you can get here in 10?
                              RAIN: Yeah, what happened?
                              ME: I'll explain later
                              And then he sent me another email.

                              Well actually, I want to be more than besties, you want to go out some time?

                              I sighed. I haven't seen him in forever and he comes to me with "I want to more than besties."
                              "So are you gonna tell me what happened?" Rain said sitting besides me.
                              "Well uh Sofia is in a coma and they won't let me in so-" I said.
                              "Won't let you in!?" Screamed Lauren as she entered the room.
                              "Miss I advise you to calm down." Said one of the receptionist.
                              "Not until you tell me why you won't let us in!" Lauren yelled.
                              "We can only let family members in at the moment." The receptionist explained.
                              "Well we are fucking family!" I screamed as I started to stand up.
                              "Will you ladies calm down if I let you in?" Asked the receptionist.
                              "Yes!" We all exclaimed in unison. And so she led us to her room. 
                              Rain immediately covered her mouth. Lauren glared at the nurse in the room. But all I could do was stare. I couldn't believe it. What if she never woke up?
                              "I believe your time is up ladies." Said a doctor entering the room.
                              "How long will she be like this?" I asked.
                              "Weeks, months, maybe years. These things usually aren't predictable." He replied.
                              "But you guys should cheer up, at least she's not dead." The doctor shrugged. Rain took in a sharp breath. Is Rain about to go off on him? Rain, the sweet optimistic girl?
                              "'At least she's not dead.' Dead? Dead!? She could die at any moment! And you out of all people should know that! How are we supposed to cheer up when our best friend is in the hospital with chances of never waking up!?" Screamed Rain. And with that Rain stomped off and out of the room. The doctor looked at us like a deer in the headlights.
                              Lauren and I went off to look for Rain. We found her in the cafeteria sobbing. I rubbed her back as a soothing gesture.
                              "That doctor's an asshole." I said.
                              "We should head home." Lauren suggested.
                              "Y-yeah my house." Stuttered Rain. And so we headed to Rain's house. I turned up the volume on the car radio as Chateau played.
