I walk into my new school. It's the second week, and this girl I've been told about hasn't shown up. I walk into the classroom, and see the group I've been hanging out with looking like they're surrounding someone. I walk over to them.
"W-What's going on?" I ask.
They all turn around and look at me. They reveal a girl with dirty blond hair, blue eyes, wearing everyday clothes.
"North, this is Ashley. Ashley, this is North. She's new." Christina introduced me.
We shook hands, and the bell soon rung afterwards.

It's the middle of the school year, and I've realized something. I have a crush on Ashley. We're best friends. I don't even know if she likes girls..

"Ashley, please calm down. I'm so sorry, but we're in seventh grade. We're grown up, but we still need our parents. I'm sorry." I tell her.
She got on her toes and kissed me. I could feel her tears on my face. I pull her closer to my body. We stop, and I put my forehead against her's.
"I'll be back. I promise."
