Chapter 1

Hey guys, this story is totally fictional none of it is real so don't judge...I have a wild  imagination.

Updating will be very slow to start off with but it will get better, promise. And sorry for this short chapter. Also I live in England (I have since I was 7) I was born in America though which is why some of this story has American aspects and some parts are English. I am incredibly sorry if some of my American  information is incorrect. I haven't spent more than a month there since I was 2. If anyone would love to make a different cover for this book, it would be greatly appreciated. This one as sort of a quick thing, just send it to my email or something :D

This is my very first wattpad story so please go easy on me and enjoy XD

Big love ♡, Abster x

"Aubrey love you need to get up, else you'll be late for school"

"I'm up, I'm up!" I groan as my father's personal secretary shakes me gently.

Yes my father has personal secretary, don't judge me. I mean she doesn't really act like a secretary around us or anything more of an older friend. After incredibly gracefully flipping myself out of my bed, I trudged lazily in my en suite. I washed my face, brushed my hair and inspected my night apparel (an oversized black shirt with some pajama shorts) before scrambling downstairs carelessly.

"Morning, love" my mum chirped coming into the kitchen and grabbing the ketchup before rushing out again. It annoyed me how cheerful she was able to be in the mornings. I opened the fridge, pulled out a bottle of orange juice filled up a glass and padded into the dining room. My whole family was sat around the dining table eating a full English breakfast. My little sister Elizabeth has managed to get egg smothered all over one of her dolls, my twin brother Jackson was deeply engrossed in his Ipad whislt my older sister Marilyn was admiring herself in her spoon. My dad rushed in kissed us all on the forhead (even Jackson) before grabbing his espresso and rushing out.

"Aubrey love, you're going to need to get ready for school"

I groaned, downed the rest of my juice before hauling myself upstairs. I showered put on a pair of light blue skinny jeans, an oversized blue crop pullover and scraped my hair into a messy bun before slipping my feet into my white converse. I slicked on some mascara and a bit of lipgloss then skipped downstairs. For a tom - boy I managed to look incredibly girly sometimes. I pulled on my back pack and plucked my phone from the table before walking outside to be greeted by the bright sunshine. I strolled down the long drive way to our private car where our chaffuer, Pippington was holding open the door for us. I jumped in, plugged in my headphones and waited for the ride to begin.

When we got to school, my sister pushed me out the way before elegantly exiting the car to a crowd of teenages gawping at her. Elizabeth got out and ran off with her friends. Jackson managed to greet his other technology loving friends (who all happened to be jocks) and walking off not one of them looking up from their screens. That left me. By the way if you're wondering my siblings all go to the same school, Turnbell High is a full educational institution. Kindergarten straight to College. It's huge which is a terrible thing especially if everyone knows who you are. However my sister Marilyn knows how much I hate the limelight so she hogs it for me. It may seem like she's being slefish but really she's protecting me.  I stepped out of the car closed my eyes and breathed in the fresh air.

"What's up Brey?" churped one of  my best friends, Brooklyn

"Nothing much" just glad I'm alive

"OH EM GEEEEEEE!!" Came a shrill cry from across the car park. Brooklyn and I both turned around to see my other bestie Ryan running towards us.

"Hey Ry, how's it going"

"You look like a girl!! he exclaimed totally ignoring my greeting

"Don't I always?" I questioned with a slight chuckle

"No you dont, you're wearing skinny jeans instead of your usuall trackies and you're wearing a crop top even if it is baggy and OMG! Is that make - up I see?! He gasped in suprise

"Just a bit of mascara, Ry" I replied nonchalantly

"Seriously Aubrey, for someone who isnt a morning person you clean up well. Who are you trying to impress, Is it Marcus Brune? I knew this day would come! Or Jasson Humphrey? Omg! You two would look soo cute I totally ship you! But wait, it has to be someone athletic because you're athletic! Drey Stevens! Captain of the football team!! Eek! Brey has a crush!!" Omg! You too would be the cutest couple, he could carry your books and walk you to class and take you for ice cream for no reason an-

"Ry, get a grip" I yelled slapping my hand over his mouth. "I do not have a crush on anyone, I just thought that I should look decent for a change" I shrugged

"Whatever you saayyy" he sing songed after I unclassped my hand. I shook my head whilst Brooklyn just rolled her eyes. We turned away leaving Ryan  pondering over whatever ridiculous ideas he had running through his mind. We walked up the elaborate steps together before going our seperate ways after the shrill of the bell.

My first period was home room.  I walked through the big oak panel doors straight to the back where I slumped into my seat and pulled out my copy of The Fault In Our Starts from my backpack.  I swear I've read this book about 7 times but it's jus so good. I managed to tune out the rest of the world for a good 5 minutes before our homeroom teacher, Mr Barnsbey came in a fluster of papers, coffee amd suede.

"Good Morning students" he puffed

A mumble of a greetings floated up from where we were all seated.

"Just feel free to...do whatever it is you teenagers do during home room"

This is why I loved home room. Mr Barnsbey was really chilled he didn't mind what we did as long as we didn't hurt ourselves.

The rest of my day was spent taking notes, ignoring people who gawped at me like I was Canning Tatum, reading TFIOS, talking to Brook and listening to Ryan's constant ramble in the classes we had together.

When the bell finally rang, I said my goodbyes to Ryan and Brooklyn and I made our way to the field. Brooklyn was on the cheerleading squad and I was on the track team so everyday we had training after school.

Nothing particularly interesting happened at training. I ran, I ran some more then after that, I ran a bit more. After training,  I showered quickly in our poor excuse for school showers before texting Brooklyn a goodbye text (cheerleading went on longer than track) grabbing my skateboard from my sports locker and riding home.

That's basically how my days went. School,  Track, Sleep, Repeat...but I'm cool with that.
