Maya:
"What about this one?" Lauren asked holding up a green dress. I shook my head no and looked through the other dresses.
"Lauren!" I exclaimed excitedly.
She came rushing up to me and looked at the dress I was holding. "Oh my gosh! It's the one." She said and we walked over to the fitting rooms.
I got the dress on and walked out so see it in the full body mirror.
"Maya. You look beautiful!" Lauren said and I smiled at her. "Thank you. Do you think Shawn will like it?" I asked and she gasped. "He will love it!" She said clapping her hands together.
"Then I'm getting it." I said and walked back into the dressing room to take off the dress. After I got dressed again we walked to the tills and I payed for my dress.
"Wanna get some coffee before I drop you off again?" She asked and I nodded as we walked out the dress shop to the cafe across the road.
"You know. I thought Shawn would ask you since you go to school together." I said and Lauren looked over at me. "Yeah, I thought so to but I'm happy he asked you. Because now you will also be there." She said with a sweet smile.
I like this girl a lot, she's a good friend to me.
"Who are you going with?" I asked and she blushed smiling at me. "Ethan actually asked me." She said and I squealed out of happiness for her. "Thank you." She said and we talked for a while drinking coffee before we got up and walked to het car.
"Thank you for today Laur, it was really nice." I said giving her a hug. "No problem." She said and got back in her car and drove off. I walked in the house and saw Shawn passed out on the couch.
He had a blanket over his legs and I placed the dress down over the counter and walked over to him, pulling the blanket over his shoulders.
"Stay." He said softly and I smiled kicking of my shoes and getting under the blanket next to him. "I could get use to this." He said wrapping his arms around me and I kissed his cheek.
"I love you." I said and he buried his face in my neck. "I love you more." He mumbled against my skin leaving a kiss on my neck and I fell asleep.
