After hours of crying myself to sleep, I woke up at 10 am. I walk into the bathroom, look in the mirror, and see that my eyes are red and puffy. Even though I didn't want to go out looking like this, I have VidCon today, so I hurry and take a shower. When I get out, I pick out one of my outfits from my closet: a pair of black shorts, a short-sleeve white crop top that shows about an inch of my belly, and my black and white converse. It was a simple outfit, but I'm to exhausted to pick out anything else. I walk back to the mirror, and put on my makeup: some foundation, a little blush, some nude eyeshadow, and a lite pink lip gloss. I make sure to cover the bags under my eyes from last night, but my eyes still look red. I decide that it'll just have to look like that since I'm almost out of time. I quickly put my long brown hair in a cute-but-messy high ponytail. I grab my chapstick and phone from the nightstand beside my bed, and I walk out of the door.

--------------------

The security let me in through the back door and hand me an ID car that's connected to a "key chain necklace" to put around my neck. I walk through the doors and try to take everything in. It's so big and filled with big names everywhere, like PewDiePie, Markiplier, SeaNanners, Grav3yardgirl, Joey Graceffa, Shane Dawson, ect (all people I know), and then, I spot my name on a big banner connected to a table. I stood there, just staring at it in awe. I didn't even notice that Nicole was trying to get my attention.

"Tara?" Nicole asked, "Tara!"

"Um-hm," I say still staring at my banner.

"Stop staring at your name, and get behind your table. They're about to let people in," she says.

"Okay," I say still in a daze.

Nicole giggles and moves her hand in front of my face, blocking the dazzling view before me. I blink a few times and turn to face her. Bad decision.

"Oh my god! Have you been crying?" she asks.

"No," I say.

"Why?" she says detecting my lie.

"I just had a dream," I reply looking down to the floor.

Before I even realize it, Nicole is hugging me, on the verge of tears herself. While I, on the other hand, is just standing there like a stick with a caring friend's arms around me. I wish we could just stay like this the entire day. Her arms around me, comforting me like a good friend would, and maybe going out to get Starbucks or something cold to eat while we go back to my place to watch multiple seasons of NCIS, but no. The stupid security guards have to let everyone in.

Nicole and I hurry out of our "heart to heart" moment, and we scurry back behind our tables. Thankfully, Nicole's banner and table, is next to mine, so that's a plus. Only a few seconds passed before fans start making their way to my table.

The first couple people approaching my table, are a little shy, so I "make my move".

"Hi!" I say to the people.

"Ohmygoshhi!" a semi-young girl with red hair said illegibly.

I walk forward from behind my table, and make my way towards them waving. We talk for a couple minutes, discussing my sister's wedding and how excited I am about it. Soon after, they're telling me about how I gave them "inspiration" to start their own YouTube channel. I told them ideas for some videos, and how they can gain more followers.

--------------------

After hours of greeting and meeting, VidCon has finally finished. I feel so ecstatic! I have just experienced my 1st VidCon! When everyone is gone and the security has checked the place, we are released to go. Nicole approaches me, and we began talking.

"How was it?!" she screams.

She's always been the one to get to the point.

"It was a-maze-ing!" I say emphasizing amazing, "I can't wait till next year!"

We talk for a few more minutes about what a day it's been, and then she brings up Kate's wedding, just like the fans had. Like I told you, she likes to get to the point.

"So, when are you leaving when we get back to Hollywood?" she asks.

"The next day at 2 pm," I say.

"Crap!" she screams, and I swear every YouTuber I know turns around to look at us.

"Nothing to see here," I say quietly.

"That means we don't have a lot of time to record a collab video!" Nicole says.

"It's okay," I reply, "I can play with you on the plane. I made sure to book a flight with WiFi."

"Thank god," she says sighing.

We're still in deep conversation as we walk out of the backdoor, and only a couple of steps later, I ran into a muscled back. I turn away from Nicole and look into those same piercing green eyes that I saw yesterday.
