I looked at the night sky, tears filled my eyes.
I saw Peter Pan flying high
He came down to me
And wiped my face
He smiled that famous smile
He grabbed my hand and stood me up.
Come live with me
In Neverland
With Captain Hook,
Tinkerbell
And Wendy darling.
And all the lost boys.
You'll be my lost girl
He said. I nodded and he smiled. We walked to the edge of my roof,
Hand in hand
We jumped.
He flew
I fell.
He kept flying.
But within a few moments,
I was flying with him. I heard screaming down below,
I ignored it.
Mommy hated me, so did daddy. I heard mommy scream that she loved me and told me to come back.
But she never loved me before.
Peter Pan grabbed my hand once more, we flew above the clouds.
We saw the rising sun.
We flew some more
Before our feet gently touched
Some sand
On Neverland.
