Chp 27
Brandons POV
We drive in silence along the busy road. I glance at the clock in the car and see its already 11:30 am. I decided I was going to surprise Callie and take her to an amusement park.
Callie then pulls me out of my thoughts with a adorable smirk of hers and says "So..... Where are you taking me?" I smirk back and say "None of your business."
"Oh really?" she says and lets out a laugh. I nod and smile at her. "Its a surprise" I say. She just frowns and looks back towards the window.
~~~~~15 Minutes later~~~~~
After about 15 minutes we finally arrive at the amusement park. As I pull up and park I look over and see Callie grinning ear to ear, which makes me smile also.
"Ready?" I ask, She nods and I can see the excitement bursting out of her.
We get out of the car and I walk over to her side and put my arm around her waist. She slings her arm around my shoulder and kisses my cheek. "I have never been to an amusement park you know." I look at her shocked "Serious?" she nods. "Im just glad I get to come here with you." she says and turns her head to give me a quick kiss.
She pulls away and removes her arm from my shoulder and places her hand on mine, our fingers interlock and we walk hand in hand to the front gate.
"That will be 12 dollars please." the woman at the front said
I pulled out my wallet, handed her the money and we walked into the park.
I look over and see Callie, her eyes frantically moving in every direction, taking in everything. I smile at her then pull her towards the roller coaster.
"What?! Where are we going?" she asks quickley
"The roller coaster!" I say excited
"W-w-what?" she stutters "Yeah come on it will be fun!" I say and pull her farther towards the coaster. "Wait!" She says and stops as many people rush passed her.
"What is it?" I ask concerned, "Brandon Im scared, I have never been on one before"
I give her a sad but yet hopeful smile, kiss her cheek slowly and say "Don't worry, I'll protect you."
