Alan's POV

'What the hell did she just do with the mirror?...' I kneeled down in front of her. Noticing the tears she shed that is flowing freely down her cheeks. The blood from her hands are still not stopping and it's making a pool on the floor.

I ran to the bathroom to get the first aid kit when my instincts kicked in my system. Once I found the kit, I walked fast to Rushin, kneeling down once again to heed her wounds.

"What did you do Rushin?" I asked her while doing her hands. "What do you think? I punched the mirror! Is it not that obvious?!" It made me sad to see her like this. I haven't heard or seen her broke down like this before.

"Why did you punch the mirror Rushin? Surely, there's a cause to this..." I paused for awhile to see if she would answer my question, but no answer was forthcoming. " tell me please. I don't want to see you like this." I whispered to her after I finished healing her hands. She curled up again, hugging her knees and hiding her face from me. "I love you okay?! I don't know why you would want to know that. You have someone else already." She whispered the last part and I had to strain my ears to hear it.

Wait... what did she just say? Surely she didn't mean that. " I... do you mean what you said?"
I know that I really look hopeful to her. She immediately shot her head up to glare at me. "Why would I mention it if I didn't mean all of what I said?!" Her eyes filled with tears once more.

I smiled softly to her and I softly kissed her lips. She looked shocked when I leaned forward to kiss her. Seeing her like this, knowing that she loves me, made me so happy that I came to this cabin. If I didn't decide to come here earlier, I don't know what Rushin would do to herself. I would really regret it if she... if she ended up dead and that I haven't confessed to her and know her feelings towards me.

I ended the kiss and hugged her tightly. " I love you too, Rushin. I love you for so long. I imagined us together. I imagined that someday, I would confess to you. But I didn't want it to be like this. But it is so important that I told you about my feelings for you right now. I love you with all my heart, never forget that." I looked at her straight in the eye and see her love for me, showing truthfully from her eyes.

Rushin's POV

I see the truth in Alan's eyes. His love for me is genuine. I can't help the tears from appearing in my eyes, for a different reason this time. I smiled at Alan knowing that hiding in my shell would not be welcomed this time. " likewise Alan. I love you since we're young and that never changed. But I must ask Alan. Who is that who kissed you across the cafe?" I asked him as I am completely confused right now. Alan told me that he loves me, but the incident just happened earlier this day. By incident, I mean the one that the woman kissed Alan across the cafe.

Alan's POV

Oh. So that's where I saw the car outside parked right now. Rushin saw that after all. " She's my ex-girlfriend. Just saw her multiple of times cheating on me. With the same guy earlier." I can't help the bitter tone in my voice as it hurt a little that she betrayed me. But a huge part of me doesn't care. I thinkI used her as a rebound for my true feelings. That fact made me a little bit ashamed of myself.

Rushin's POV

'Huh so that's the truth.' I can hear the bitter tone in his voice and a voice invaded my mind again. 'Why did he say that he loves me? Surely, he still loves his ex-girlfriend now?'

Alan's POV

I can see the wheels turning in her head and I also know that she is doubting everything I told her right now. " Rushin, I really mean what I said right now. That I love you. I kinda feel awful because I made her as a rebound from my feelings towards you." She seems startled when I started talking. She arched her eyebrow at me and I can't help but laugh at that.

Rushin's POV

I arched my eyebrow as he seems that he can read my thoughts. I smiled to him, but also felt awful for the woman that kissed Alan. But the woman did deserve what Alan did. " alright Alan"
He stared at me for awhile, with sparkling eyes. My feet seems to fall asleep anytime soon. I groaned as I start to not feel the blood flow in my feet. " umm... Alan. Can you help me up? My feet are starting to sleep now." Alan started laughing at that. He started to reach for me, but he has other plans, as he carried me bridal style to the sofa, turning the television on to watch movies. He sat me close to his side as I leaned my head down to his shoulders. He made to draw me closer, enclosing me with his arms tight at his side. He pressed a soft kiss at the top of my head and I found myself feel protected, loved, cherished and contented with him at my side. Alan's deep beautiful voice broke out and say to me, " I'll love you forever and always." As I close my eyes to just feel the presence at my side.
