Bought the meat and asked the butcher to cut it
into this tiny fillets,wash ur meat with salt and
dry it under the sun,mine took 3days,get ur
spices,I used cloves,dried ginger,red chilli,black
pepper,salt,Maggi and grind it into powder,spread
it all over the meat and dry it again under the
sun when is dried,preheat ur oven and put
it,check it every now and then when is done turn
the other side.thats all.am sorry am not good in
