Ok so this is my first book about lgbtq+ I have nothing against same sex marriage/relationships. I know quite a few gay people they're awsome. Lol ok well let's get this book on the road and if I offend anyone or I am incorrect about anything sorry I'm advance I tend to be very blunt and bitchy 99.9 percent of the time.

We had first met when I was seven she was ten. I remember the day like it was yesterday her brother and I were playing together in his back yard, I had just moved into the neighborhood. He had shown up on our front porch not even five minutes after I walked in and asked if I wanted to play with him, next thing I know, where running through the woods in, his back yard pretending we're airplanes. Me being the clumsy child I am fell and slammed my head right into a rock. Graceful Delilah real graceful. It hurt....a lot but the pain must have dulled,my other senses as I just sat there, Dexter ran over to me asking if I was ok but when I looked up all I could see was her. She was wearing baggy overall new and similar to the overall shorts I had on, she had red chuck Taylor's with a green baseball bat on covering her short blonde hair. I don't know why I felt so drawn to her mabey it was her piercing green eyes, or the way she rushed over to me instantly grasping my chubby cheeks between her hands. Her hands moved to my forehead making me since slitly and her to look into my eyes with worry "sorry" she wispered so quietly I almost didn't hear her. "I-I don't k-know what happened one second she was right next to me then gone" Dexter sobbed out will grasping my hand muttering sorrys "It's okay dex it was my fault I wasn't looking where I was going. Plus it doesn't even hurt promise" I say while giving him a small smile. The girl suddenly unbuttoned her overalls and pulled her shirt over her head and quickly buttoned her overalls back up, with her shirt off I notice an ace wrap bandage around her chest. She follows where my eyes are looking and her cheeks reden when she notices my eyes on her chest. She doesn't give me time to question it as she gently presses the shirt to my forehead.
"It's not too bad but you'll probably need stiches" she says quietly. "Dexter go tell mom what happened I'll clean her up" she speaks again as she pulls me up gently into her arms carrying me bridal style, as my cheeks heat up. "O-o-okay I'll hurry" he says before running off.
I stare at he gave admiring her fstures as she varies me off to a destination unknown to me, "Cleo" she says suddenly.
Making me look up into her eyes as she stares down at me, "D-Delilah" I stutter while looking down.
"Delilah" she whispers quietly as I look up to her face again. She suddenly stops walking I look up noticing a really tall tree house in front of us.
"Can you climb?" she asks while gently setting me down on my feet.
"Umm yes I believe so" I say while gripping the first step with my small hand while slowly but surely making my way up the tree, she places her hand on my back to steady me as my foot almost slips, I look down at her apologetically but she just sends up a gentle smile. I look back up and climb the rest of the way and climbing into a ginormous tree house my eyes look around in wonder.
"Rick and I built this a couple years ago so I don't have to live in the house....I love the forrest it helps with my anxiety" Cleo says nervously while rubbing her arm, she suddenly rushes over to a cabnet lugging down a giant first aid kit before carrying it over to the table before opening it as she begins to rummage through it. She sets up what she needs before walking back over to me.
"I need to clean you cut up with some antiseptic, then I have too stich it up don't worry you'll only need about five or six okay?" she says all the while looking me directly on my eyes as she holds my hands.
