It had been a few weeks since everything went down at Half's funeral. The club and I attended Hale's funeral about a week after Half's. Jax and I had been staying at the club seeing that I needed to be protected from 'The Bitter Horsemen' 24/7. I usually stayed with Jax and Opie but when they were busy, I was with some of the other members.

Jax and I hardly ever slept because Abel was gone and everyone was slipping through our fingers. Gemma was still in hiding and the club was on edge.

I was sitting on the roof smoking a cigarette when Jax walked behind me.

"Hey," He spoke softly before taking the seat next to me. I kept staring straight ahead as I spoke.

"Hey,"

"You okay?" Jax questioned while I nodded.

"Yeah." We sat in silence before I turned to him. "I'm sorry." A tear slipped down my cheek as I spoke.

"Sorry for what?" Jax questioned, reaching up and wiping away the stray tear.

"I'm sorry I came back." Jax stared at me with furrowed brows.

"What? Why the hell are you sorry you came back?!"

"None of this would have happened if I had of just stayed where I was. When I was here I was fucking everything up. I fucked things up with you and Tara, with the club but when I left Everything was fine but then I came back and we lost Donna, Half, and Hale. You and Tara broke up, Abel was kidnapped, you're falling apart." More tears streamed down my face. "Everything would be fine if I never came back." Jax gripped my wrists as he turned me to stare at him.

"Don't you ever think like that. I love you, the club loves you. What's been happening is not your fault. I don't want you blaming yourself for stuff we can't control. Donna, Half and Hale, their deaths were all accidents and mistakes someone else made." Jax said moving his hands from my wrists to my face. "They wouldn't want you blaming yourself for what happened." I wrapped my arms around him as he wrapped his around me before pulling me into his chest. We stayed in each other's embrace for awhile until Clay called out for Jax.

"Listen, I have some club business to do. Hap and Kozik are going to stay with you. Don't leave the club unless seriously necessary and even then, I want you to call me before you do." I nodded, Jax pulled me into a kiss as I kissed back. We pulled away, Jax headed over to his bike and climbed on. I waved goodbye while he drove away.

Happy and Kozik walked over to me before throwing their arms around my shoulders.

"Come on baby girl, let's get you in the club." I smiled and nodded before walking into the club.

Time Skip:

It had been a few hours and we had been crawling the walls. I had beaten Kozik at the pool about a dozen times and I was done with that game. The rumble of motorcycles tore me away from the pool table.

"Hey! I was winning!" Kozik yelled as I walked out of the club. Jax was climbing off his bike when I came out of the club. He made he was towards me with open arms.

"I missed you, beautiful." I smiled leaning back in the hug.

"I missed you too" I pressed my lips to him as he kissed back. We pulled away and made our way to the club when Juice rushed out.

"Jax!" Jax turned his head towards Juice. "It's about Abel." Jax, I and the club rushed into church before closing the doors behind us.

"What is it?!" Jax snapped leaning onto the table.

"A man and infant were seen buying a one-way ticket to Vancouver," Juice said laying a picture of Cameron and Abel in front of us.

"Shit!" Jax said as I laid a comforting hand on his back. Jax wrapped one arm around my waist pulling me into his chest.
