Meet Leah Marie Parkinson.
Leah Marie Parkinson is the name my parents decided would be me. They couldn't be further from the truth. According to my personality, to most people I'd be a Janice or a Barbra. Allow me to elaborate.
One look at me and this is what you see:
Thick, black rimmed glasses
Freckles
Long, thin brown hair that's in a face frame
Nearly translucent skin
A girl who stood at 5'7".
Oddly tall and lanky
Small chested and a butt big enough to know it was more than just a crack in her back.
My personality seemed to make my looks to the point. I was nerdy. I loved to study and learn. I love learning new things and fashion hardly mattered to me. I wasn't incredibly confident but I was confident enough to be happy with myself. I wasn't exactly popular but to my best friend and sidekick, I was.
My parents are still happily together and we're one small happy family. I had one older brother in college who cared about his image. He picked on me constantly and liked to make fun of me. I didn't let it bother me on the outside but his words hurt. My parents loved me no matter what and cared about my well being more than me.
So that's me. Leah Marie Parkinson.
