A femme seeker studied the monitor in front of her with her red optics quietly. A sudden feeling in her spark stopped her from what she was working and mumbled to herself "Skyquake..." She closed her crimson optics and released a soft sigh in relief then started to type away on the monitor adding her findings for the research she was doing before the war broke out on Cybertron in hopes that when the war ends they would use her research to help better understand.
A sudden pain reached her spark and she grasped her chest releasing a scream in pain and fell to her knees "No...." She looked around the medical bay to try and find something to suppress the pain she was filling at the moment.
"He can't be gone" She mumbles under her breath as she found what she was looking for and suppressed the shrieking pain in her spark. A blue liquid slipped down her face plates from her optics in the form of a Cybertronian tear.
The Seeker released a shaky breath and shakily stood back on her peds walking back to the monitor and added 'The other half will feel a shrieking pain in their spark if one-half ends up going offline.' The femme wiped the tears and took a deep breath saving the research journal entry then walked out of the medical bay to get herself a cube of energon holding an emotionless expression deep down the seeker was now broken, emotionally and possibly mentally.
She did look at the group of Eradicons that walked by her. They didn't notice that the higher ranking Decepticon had become the emotionally broken, for she had lost someone dear to her and the feeling of love.
Her world was caving in on her with realization and guilt. She felt bad for all the Cybertronians both Autobots and Decepticons who had lost the ones they were closest to and loved. The femme was now lost.
"Stormbreaker, Are you going to just be stuck in that research of yours?" The seeker just nodded as she added another entry to her research journal. She let out a small squeak as larger servos compared to her own warped around her small frame.
"Come on Storms, take a break and join me in going out.~" The femme was spun around to face her taller sparkmate who smiled down to her and gave 'innocent puppy eyes' to her beggingly. A smile broke across her face plates seeing her sparkmate acting so childish.
Stormbreaker booped his face and smile "Ok, Fine. Only because you begged so childishly Sky~" The green mech smiles happily and started to 'drag' her out of the building they called home. "Lucky I love you."
The mech gave a cheeky grin "I would hope that you did, Storms." He gently kissed her cheek plating causing the smaller femme to giggle. She leaned closer to him feeling the love he had for her in her spark.
Being a scientist and a medical doctor often made the young femme pull all nighter's and often forgot to get an energon cube or that her health was more important than her job and research. She was lucky to be sparkbonded to an amazing and loyal mech sure as Skyquake. He always made sure she took care of herself and dragged her out like he just did. What would she do without him?
Skyquake and Stormbreaker spent time together and enjoyed each other's company as they walked along the lit streets of Kaon. Suddenly the city was attacked and they made contact with the attackers. Sensing his sparkmate was terrified he stood in front of her protectively "What do you want?" He growled lowly.
The Cybertronian before them was quite amused "I'll give you two a decision join the cause of the Decepticons or offline now" He stated, aiming his fusion canon at the two. The green mech looked at the mostly black femme questioning her decision.
"We'll join the cause" The mech finally stated, after he and his love had a mental conversation. The cybertronian before them smirked and lowered the canon "Welcome to the Decepticons." Stormbreaker had a terrible feeling about the silver mech before them but decided life was better than death.
Walking back into the medical bay she noticed her lord hooked up to life support and Starscream with Knockout chatting about Megatron's state. She didn't what to be hassled from the screamish mech of the so-called second in command and walked out the medical bay to her quarters to relax a little. "What will I do without you, Quaker?"
