Prologue

"Hey Alice!" I looked up from my book to see Violet walking up to the porch. I nodded and set down my book. Violet just looked around and then turned her attention back to me.

"You home alone?" She asked.

"Just for another seven hours or more. They'll be back from the dirt bike race latter." I said.

"Well then I have some questions to ask you." I nodded my head. "After I finish the questions we will race to the end of the big field and back!"

"Okay." I replied and grabbed my book and went inside holding the screen door open for her. I walked to my room and placed the book on my bed. Before going back to the front porch to join Violet who had a pack of soda on the top porch step she was sitting on. She handed me a soda before grabbing one for her and we both opened them. She took a sip while I chugged it.

"You really don't get any soda here do you?" She pretended to ask. I sat my empty can if soda between my feet and laughed.

"You know my mom is not big on sharing any soda she buys right?" Violet just laughed. And handed me another soda which I gratefully took and chugged down. We repeated this until I was on my sixth soda and she was only half ways through hers. She grinned and started asking her questions.

"Would you ever want to live in a manga and which one?" Violet asked causally.

"Naruto."

"Who is your manga crush?"

"Hatake, Kakashi." I said rolling my eyes. She already knew what I was going to say so it was quite pointless to ask me.

"What would you name be in that world?"

"Komakai, Arai."

"Info on this talented Arai Komakai?"

"She was born with a Kekkei-Genkai and the ability to read minds. She killed her family when she first used her Kekkei-Genkai and has been hunted by Anbu ever since. Born in the Hidden Mist Village. Has the family scrolls to summon wolves who stood taller than a regular sized man at their shoulder." Violet nodded and look towards the big field.

"Let us race." Violet said waking over to the garbage can. "On your mark.... GO!" She was almost to the gate when I finally managed to start running and climb it before her. And I landed with a thud.

I was running full speed through a forest. I knew the Anbu were in my tail and I knew how to lose them. It didn't take long to trick them into following a clone. I continued to run until I was in a clearing and decided to stop for a quick rest. To my right was a cliff side that was surrounded by the forest and small clearing. It was smooth from the ground to about right feet from the ground where it turned from smooth to suddenly sharp and jagged. I studied it for a few more minutes before I could barely make out the entry way that was I the side off the cliff. New memory's filled my mind. My shadow clone had just been destroyed and the Anbu were now searching again. I sighed and looked at the entrance before quickly looking around.

"I hope no one is currently using it." I mumbled before weaving a few hand signs and walking through the entrance as if the rock entrance was never there. After about sixteen seconds I was through the rock entrance and in a dark tunnel. I could feel the cold air but couldn't see anything. I just stood there got a minute before I decided to use a justsu to make a tiny flame that stood just an inch above the palm if my hand. I slowly made my way through the tunnel before coming to another rock entrance. I then stopped and weaved a few hand signs and walked through.

Sorry but it is past 11:00 my time and I have school tomorrow. I will continue to write the story though!
