Love at First Sight (1.1)

"What are you doing?" she asked while peering from behind a pillar. 

"I'm playing hide and seek now leave before he finds me," he said in a low whisper. She tilts her head before shrugging her shoulders and grabbing his hand.

"Hey what do you think you are doing," he said in a low roar. As they ran she did not answer. Then she suddenly came to a stop and he bumped into her back. 

"Ow, why did you stop," he said as he rubbed his nose. then he looked up and saw his grandfather staring at there hands. She then quickly dropped his hands and moved away from the boy.

"What is the meaning of this [boy's name]," his grandfather asked. Unable to answer the boy looked frightenedly at the ground.

Then the girl bowed her head and asked for the privilege to speak. His grandfather granted it. "I'm sorry sir, the madam asked me to retrieve the young master's son, and the little master was playing a game and I had to pull him away." She then bowed again and waiting for them to be released.

"If that is so then you may go, but remember your place little girl," his grandfather said before walking away.

They bowed and then walked away as well. "Is it true that my grandmother was asking for me?" he asked the little maid.

She quietly nodded her head and walked in the direction of his grandmother. A few minutes later they reached the parlor room where his grandmother and mother were waiting for them to arrive.

The grandmother spoke first. "Thank you [maid girl's name], there is a snack for you next to my daughter-in-law you may have it." The girl walked over to the lady and stared at the snack. 

"You may have a seat there if you like sweetheart I won't bite promise," his mother said to the maid girl. The girl bowed and had a seat next to the lady.

"Mother why are you hear and not with my sister, is she ok to be alone right now." the boy asked frantically. HIs sister had a health condition that kept her in the hospital a lot, and his mother stayed with her.

"Yes she was released a few hours ago, we're just waiting for her to be dropped off here." his mother said when they saw a hospital vehicle pulled up past the window.

Not moments later they heard a knock at the door."Madam, I have the little miss that would like to see you and her mother ." The maid said from outside the door or the parlor room. The madam told the maid to let her in.

When the door opened the first thing the little girl saw was her brother and she yelled "[Boy's name]", and ran to give him a hug.

As they were hugging she saw the little maid girl eating her snack quietly. The maid girl was trying to be as quiet as she could be so as not to disturb them. When the girl finished hugging her brother saw slowly walked over to the little maid and watched her eat. She thought it was really cute the way the maid was eating. When the maid finally noticed that she was being watched she stopped quickly. SHe looked at the little girl in front of her and then back at her snack, and then outstretched it to the girl thinking that she wanted it. The little girl pushed the snack back to the little maid and then walked over to her grandmother.

"Grandmother, can I have the maid as a friend." The girl said as she looked at her grandmother with puppy dog eyes. 

The grandmother then looked over at the maid standing in the room. "How is this girl performing in her duties here." 

The maid looked over at the little maid eating and responded to the madam's question. "She makes a few mistakes here and there but is not needed here at the main house Madam [name here]."

"Come over here [little maid's name]." The grandmother said o the little maid eating.

The little maid then stopped eating and placed the unfinished snack on the table in front of her. "Coming Madam [name here]," she said before walking over to them. When she was in front of the grandmother.

"I would like you to meet my granddaughter [girls name]," the grandmother said as she presented her granddaughter to the little maid.
