"We are gonna have a promotion test next month team, so do your best!" Said our trainor and we all said thanks to him.. "Arraseo,Dismiss!" *#* "Kansahamnnida!" We said all in chorus and time to change clothes! Yayyyy.. girls girls girls they love me....... i sigh and take my phone in my bag..

"We start by listening to our instructions in order to easily stretch your feet without getting hurt.." Minhee start narrating while i am the one who demostrate and Shin will be the one who will take the video. "Ok, Yoonjae, slowly."
I feel irritated and start doing what she said but then.. "yah! You try it and i'll narrate.." she just nodded and do what i said. HEHEHE THIS WILL BE FUN..
"We start by stretching your legs slowly..next try to stretch your legs from left to right and right to left demostration please."
I told ya. Its fun.. hehehe.. "your good at this Yoon,so please continue.." whooo! She likes it! "And start by stretching your legs widely, if it hurts, dont force yourself so that it can stretch slowly until it will wide demonstration by me and my trusty friend Minhee.."
