Chunnin Exams Part 2

~Jade's POV~

I woke up the next morning to my dad shaking me gently. I groaned turning over and covering my head with a pillow. "Come on princess we've got to meet the others at the bridge so I  can tell them the good news."

I lifted the pillow raising an eye brow at him, "Your always late anyways so why does it matter?" We both started laughing and I stood up stretching before going to my closet while he made breakfast. I got changed into some clothes before heading out with dad to tell the others. Once we got there I walked over to Saskue with a head nod for hi and he smirked with  his own "Hey". "YOUR LATE!!" "Sorry my little princess over here wouldn't get up." He said pulling me into a side hug giving me a nuggie and I started laughing with him. "Don't blame me you would have been late anyways." I said sticking my tongue out at him.

We all started laughing before Naruto decided to interupt it. "HEY SO WHAT ARE WE DOING TODAY?!?!" "Well, I know this is sudden but I entered all four of you in the chunnin exams. Here are your aplication forms." He said smiling under his mask and I started clapping my hands squealing.

"Wow Jad-chan never seen this side of you before?" Naruto said and I chuckled. "Ever since Kashi-sama adopted me he's been helping me with some problems that kept me down and showed me these new emotions. He told me all about them and what happens with them." I said smiling and pulling out a book that read 'How To Describe and Feel Different Things'.

"OK NOW GIVE ME THAT PAPER!!!" I yelled tackling dad so I was laying across his stomach reaching for them as he chuckled handing me one. I waved to the others and gave dad a peck on the cheek before disappearing over to the top of a random building filling out the paper.

I smirked shoving it in my pocket and walking off through the town for the rest of the day.

~Time Skip to The Next Day~

Today was the chunnin exams and I had my dad turn in my form so I could get in more practice. We've been working together in training every once in a while but now I'm getting ready for the exams.

I quickly got changed and ran off towards the building. Once I got there I was a few minutes late so Naruto and Saskue were already there. I walked up smiling, "Mornin' guys!" "Your late!" Naruto said and I chuckled nervously scratching the back of my head. "I guess my dad's tardyness is contageous." I said then noticed Sakura wasn't here. "Wait. Wheres Saku-chan? She usually isnt the late type?" They both shrugged but as if on Que she walked up to us saying "Morning Naruto. Morning Saskue and Jade." She didn't even google over Saskue and I smirked walking in with her.

We made it to the 2nd floor before we saw a large group of kids and I noticed the genjutsu and in a second I was behind the too smirking. "You know its not nice to pick on kids with a genjutsu." I said and they jumped back looking at me surprised at my speed. "So you saw through it? We'll it'll take more than that to pass the exams." He said about to kick me but a boy with a bowl cut and green jumpsuit caught it.

"Sup bro." I said to the bowl cut boy.

"Hey....What happened to the plan? Your the one who said that you didn't want to draw attention to ourselves." A boy that looked like a guy Hinata said walking out and I smirked at him as he looked at me curiously. "Well..." He looked over at Sakura with a blush and I smirked at this. "Oh no....." a girl with 2 brown buns said standing next to the Hyunga. "My name is Rock Lee. Your Sakura correct? Lets go out together!! I'll protect you with my life!!" he announced and I smiled at him. It was really sweet gesture.

"No...Way" Sakura said disgusted and I hit her in the back of the head glaring slightly. "What was that for?!" "For being a jack ass." I said before sighing.
