Ali's POV
I can't believe this day has finally arrived. My bags are all packed and my plane ticket is on my desk, ready for me. I'm leaving today, leaving my friends, my family. Leaving my home. I looked out my window and a tear slowly slipped down my face. It was so beautiful. My horses were grazing on the luscious green grass, the trees were tall and strong. Wild flowers grew in the fields. I was going to miss everything. I slowly stood from my spot, grabbed my bags and hauled them to the truck.
Once my bags were in the back of the truck I turned and made my way down to the barn. Whistling, I watched as the horses picked up their heads, looking at me. My pretty grey started moving first, then my moms bay. They came running up to me, stopping just before me so I could pat them and feed them carrots. My horse, Chase, stayed next to me as I sat in the field, just talking to him. I told him how much I was going to miss him, how much I needed him. He is the only boy I really trusted. I could talk to him about anything. It was nice that I could talk and not be judged. He was my best friend, the only thing to really hold me together at times.
I stood up and gave him a long hug and kiss. Then I gave Votive her pat and left.
~SKIP PLANE RIDE~
The airport in London was packed. I feel like it isn't usually this busy. There were screaming girls all over the place, police officers trying to restrain them. I just shook my head and looked at the piece of paper with my new address on it. My new life was at the house on this paper. I looked around to see if there was anyone who could give me directions. There was a big, muscular guy standing just behind the screaming girls, looking like he was used to all the commotion. I grabbed my bags and made my way over to him.
"Umm, excuse me sir, but could you tell me how to get to this address?" I asked, handing him the paper. He looked at me as if I was crazy.
"You're joking right?" He asked.
"N-no sir..." I stumbled over my words, "I j-just moved here f-from the s-states."
"your in luck lady, I'm going right down that way. Hop in and I'll take you." He offered, surprising me.
"Thank you!" I was so happy! He led me over to a large black van with dark tinted windows. Suddenly I got suspicious. This is not a normal vehicle, this is something people that kidnap people drive. As if sensing my discomfort the guy said, "I'm not going to hurt you. I'm Paul by the way."
"Alison, but please call me Ali," I said and shook his outstretched hand. I hopped in as he walked off with purpose.
I waited for about 5 minutes. I was getting ready to hop out when I saw Paul come back but he was shoving some boys along. That really made me suspicious. He shoved them into the back of the van with me, making me scoot back in surprise, trying to not get noticed. They were loud and obnoxious. I was glad they didn't realize I was there. But I spoke too soon. The boy next to me laughed and threw his arms out yelling about some crowd, when he smacked me in the nose. I let out a cry of pain and held my nose and all of a sudden the van got quiet. All 5 boys were looking at me with wide eyes. The one with dark hair suddenly yelled. "PAUL YOU LET ONE SLIP PASS YOU PULL OVER!" Paul just laughed and said, "Don't worry boys I didn't let her slip pass me. She needed a ride so I have her a lift." They all looked at him in shock. I just cringed into the back of my seat further. The curly haired boy, the one that hit me, then tired to me, his eyes wide. "I'm so sorry, love are you alright?" His voiced dropped heavy with a British accent.
"I'm fine, thanks though." The pain had subsided so I really was alright. Curly just stared at me. I'd turned away awkwardly. Then a boy with brown hair and brown eyes spoke up. "I'm Liam, love, and this is Zayn, Louis, Niall, and that's Harry." He pointed to each of the boys. "I'm Alison, but please call me Ali," I told them. Harry's head snapped up from his phone when he heard my name. I just gave him a confused face and continued talking. "I just moved here from America." Louis suddenly yelled, making me jump, " I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT! AMERICAN, I KNOW MY ACCENTS!" Liam slapped his arm and told him to shut up, and Louis rubbed his arm as if it hurt, which made me laugh. They stopped and looked at me, but thankfully, Paul pulled the van to a halt.
