She could remember her childhood home and how it all changed, the stains on the walls and floor from the dogs who's barks hurt the ears of many. The hallway floors creaked as the monster creeped down towards the bedroom at the end of the hallway. Katherine could smell the creatures breath as it stumbled closer to her, suddenly the buses speakers came on announcing that we were almost at their destination. Katherine opened her eyes and rubbed her head trying hard to forget the nightmare, she looked out the window at the bright summer day it was the Middle of July and one more month left before school begins in a new school in a new town. She looked to her right and noticed a sigh that read "welcome to Riverdale, the town with pep"
"The town with pep? What is this the fifties?" Katherine thought. The bus went through the town every building had a different personality to them. Finally the bus stopped at the bus station, after getting off the bus and gathering her things she took a deep breath and walked towards the office and asked for a restaurant to eat at.
