Leah's POV

All of us hung out around the beach, just mucking about as usual. Scarlett and Jen were aware that all of them (almost) were taken, but still doing some serious flirting, especially with Zayn! Haha I missed them so much! Here's a little more bout Scar and Jen. 

Scarlett was a tall, pretty brunette with golden brown eyes that seemed to have all the boys in a trance. Yeah, I know, cliche. She was a HUGE 1D fan, and practically screamed the house down when she saw the boys. And that's why I love her! 

And.. Jen, unlike her mother and father, she had jet black hair and piercing blue eyes, and of course, she was pretty. Jen was another  directioner and had the same reaction as Scar when she saw the boys. I missed all of my besties, even though me and Hayles were supposed to be away for only 2 weeks on the cruise.

Back to reality.

"I crave ice-cream. Leggo!" Scarlett announced dragging all of us to the nearest ice-cream seller. 

"Babe, what do you want?" Haz asks me already getting out his wallet. 

"Cookies and Cream thanks. And no, I will pay because Jimmy protested," I tell him and laugh at my little joke. Harry tried to argue, but I clamped his mouth shut.

"1 Cookies and Cream and 1 Honey flavoured thank you," I told the girl behind the counter and quickly paid for the whole group. Treat from me! 

"Thanks Lee!" Scarlett called over and snatched her ice-cream off the counter. 

"Thanks!" the whole group chorused licking their scrumptuos ice-creams. 

"Anyone up for beach volleyball?" Hayley suggests pointing to a court. 

"YEAH BUDDY!" We dash over and make teams. Boys Vs. Girls, with the girls having two subs. Miranda and I subbed out. I cheered and screamed like a lunatic. 

*I'm at a payphone, trying to call home, All of my change I spent on yo-* My phone blared and as a habit. , I scrambled for my phone. 

"Hello?" 

"Hey Leah! Mom here, um, could you come back by 5 to get ready for a dinner party? We're having a dinner with Mr. and Mrs. Davis. I'm not sure if Hayley knows, but if she doesn't, notify her. Thank you darling," Mom told me.

"Will do. Bye Mom!" I locked my phone and looked around for Hayles. Of course! Just find Nialler and she'll be right next to him :) They were like, the cutest couple ever!

"Hayles, did you get a text from your mom about a dinner party or something?" 

"Yeah, just came in. It's like 4 now, so we should take about another half an hour here then head back. She also said to bring the boys, so YAY!" She informed me and I high fived her. Awesome dinner party, this one! 

Hayley's POV

A little Venice Beach definitely took my mind off that stupid little skank Erin for a while, but for some reason, I was really.. Intimidated by her. I dunno! Usually, I'm the strongest concerning emotions but after I met Niall and the boys, I became a softy.. Which is a good and bad thing. I didn't ask about what happened to Erin, cause I could see that it was quite a touchy subject considering how all the boys were dealing with her while I was PUSHED OFF the side! I HATE HER SOOOOO CUPCAKING MUCH!! 

It was about half an hour since I was told about the dinner party, so I ushered everyone back into the cars. I'm extremely thankful that no one recognised us, partly because it was a fairly packed day in Venice Beach, and we all did have sunnies on. The way back home was full of chatter as usual, and very squishy! 

"WOOT WOOT!" Eleanor stood up on her seat waving her arms about in the fresh Californian sun. 

"Watch out El, you might fall out of the Merc!" Harry teased. She immediately sat down back on Lou's lap. Those two! Hmph. 

A little while later.... I was getting ready for dinner with Mrs. Hoelsen. I wasn't wearing anything too casual, nor too formal- it was only Leah's mom. I stumble down the stairs into the game room, where Liam and Zayn were playing some game competitively, and Niall was staring at the TV along with Haz and Lou watching the E! Danny was chattering away on the phone and.. I have no idea where the girls were. 

"HELLO THERE!" Louis immediately shouted once he saw me enter. 

"Hello Lou, whats on E!? 

"Niall and You. Good God. The paps are fast!" Lou exclaimed shaking his head dissaprovingly. I join in and plonk down on Niall's lap. 

"Wassup babe?" 

"Nothin much. Where are the girls?" 

"Talking with your mom in the kitchen I think. I'm hungry. Let's go down," Niall mumbled and I follow him down to the kitchen. 

"Hi Grace! Lovely to see you here. Oh Niall and Hayley! Just in time, please call the rest down thank you," Mom greeted Mrs. Hoelsen and she smiled back politely. Niall and I just nod and run back upstairs.

"Mrs. Hoelsen is here! C'mon Haz, she'll love you for sure, just keep the charm on yeh?" I teased him and he winked in response earning a snigger from Zayn.

Back downstairs, Amelia was serving the dishes and Niall's eyes instantly widen with the array of food. Teehee that boy really does have an appetite! Just then, another guest arrived.

"Hello Hayley. Nice to see you here again! You too Leah," The guest greets and I swivel around to see, the one and only Mr. Adams. 

"Oh. Hi Mr. Adams!" (What on earth is he doing here!)

"Well, if you are wondering what am I doing here, I am actually Mrs. Hoelsen's cousin, and Leah's uncle."

Awkward.....
