The Red House

Let's walk down through the red desert
And down past the red sand beneath our feet.
A vacant crimson dessert that no one has entered
You'd think that no one has ever lived there at all.
But across the horizon, in a distant blur straight ahead
You'll see a red house waiting just for you.
As you walk up, you'll see its red windows reflecting the scarlet sun above you
It's stairs stained with a copper tone showing it's old age.
Once the scarlet sun has set, the blood moon will arise
It's hypnotizing gaze will never let your eyes wonder away.
The garnet stars shine brilliantly against the milky way
A red so beautiful, your emotions start to sway.
Red lights beam inside the crimson house
Each reflecting a blushing glow from out of the window.
Whoever lives here is independent and free
Whoever lives here is happy to be alone.
Whoever lives here loves the starry nights
Whoever lives here is happy with their simple red life.
