#1 The Walk

|Leo's Pov|

I told my mother that i was going to go walk around town to think. No one knows that I am gay as i kept this to myself but still got bullied for people thinking that.
My mom thought maybe I should make friends since i don't have any and plus its summer.
I just went out on the walk and headed towards the town maybe go to the beach. It wasn't that hot outside as it was beginning to turn night while I walked the town. I stopped walking and sat down in a bench nearby as i wanted to rest for a while.

Few minutes passed by and I continued on my walk, but as i got up some boy ran into me knocking me to ground.
"Are you okay? I am so sorry",
was what i heard him say as he was helping me up. As i looked up at him i saw he had blonde hair and beautiful blue eyes like the ocean. I guess i stared way too long as he asked the same question again.

Leo-Yeah I'm fine. My name is Leondre

Charlie-My name is Charlie. Are you sure you're okay?

I know what he meant as i felt my cheeks getting hot .

Leo- Yeah, it happens all the time.its normal, i think.
Charlie- Oh, okay. So, what are you doing out here walking all alone this late?

I didn't know what to say.
Leo- i don't know. Maybe i just wanted to take a stroll and empty my mind of things.

Charlie- Oh,well... can i walk with you?
Leo- Sure I guess

|Charlie's Pov|

Something about him has got me interested in him. But im not gay, or i think im not.
I asked him if I could walk with him, he said yes but sounded like he was nervous. So we just walked for a few minutes until he broke the silence.

"Charlie, why did you want to walk with me?". I didn't know how to answer his question. Finally i said,"well maybe I'm just trying to make some more friends".
His cheeks turned red again but i didn't tell him as he looked cute when he blushes. Why did i think that? I'm not gay, but these emotions are messing with me.

|Leo's Pov|

I don't want him to know i like him,but i guess i could be friends with him. I felt my cheeks get hot again, hoping he didn't see it.
Right now we were walking along the ocean when suddenly my phone buzzed.

Leo where are you??? Its late -Mom

I saw the time and noticed we had been walking for 4 hours as it was 1 in the morning.
I turned to Charlie and said," nice meeting you Charlie, but i have to go."
He looked at me and asked me," Oh okay. Can I have your number at least? I hope we can be friends". We got each others numbers and walked in different direction when suddenly Charlie runs to me and tells me if we could hang out some other day, i of course agreed and told him to text me or i'll text him.
I wish we could be more than just friends...
